Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

This happened at 11:48a.m. on Oct 28 DO NOT GO!!! 5200 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75235

This was at the Starbucks inside of the Wish Clinic, when Cashier Deziree was so Rude, racist, she claimed I was never in line, and even after two ladies that was in front of me told her I WAS IN LINE, she still yelled across the room to cashier Lizbeth to not take care of me, awful attitude towards me, I never fell so discriminating, so humiliated. Lizbeth, was so hesitated she ended up not taken care of me under the pressure of her coworker Deziree, I told her this was a Racism matter, and need it their names, Deziree then came aggressively and was like take a picture(with such a aggressive tone) and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for the manager on duty, Vivian Sanchez and she gave me this email of Jarrod Snyder and told me to report it basically on my own, and even told me her cashier told her I was never in line so you she went with an employee statement when there was witnesses. Also Vivian didn’t even apologizes on her behalf, neither asked me to help me. THIS WAS THE WORST RACISM EXPERIENCE. I WAS FEELING SICK ALREADY, AND NEED A LITTLE SOMETHING TO PUMP ME UP, ENDED UP NOT GETTING ANYTHING, OR AT LEAST MANGER COULD HAVE OFFERED SOMETHING AS COURTESY, ENDED UP FEELING SO DEVASTATING!!! This Starbucks is located in the children’s health Dallas hospital. I order always online and then go pick it up, so I haven’t had a chance to interact with the staff but my order is always done on time. It gets pretty busy there and it’s nice atmosphere and always kept clean. Food tastes...

If planning to buy here beware that this is only for patients and employees exclusive. Even if you are in other building or are a family member of, but in other building you won't be allowed tu buy here and don't waste your time w managers ro anything you will not be the first. Lol....
