Canales Furniture / Muebleria Harry Hines — Attraction in Dallas

Overall I was pretty satisfied with the service provided by my salesman Kevin. Most of the items I came in to see that I found on the website were not on site, but they had a nice showroom. We had some minor hiccups with my financing I obtained before coming into shop. I was approved at another location so we had to transfer it, which took a bit of time. Kevin was very patient and was trying his best to get it figured out. Pricing was very fair for the bedroom group I purchased. Was a bit unfortunate that I got an email this morning (not even 24 hours) offering free delivery on bedroom groups. Hate when that happens.

Update: I ordered my furniture on a Wednesday and it was delivered the same week on Friday. The delivery guys called me when they were about 30 minutes away. Super nice guys, they set up the bedroom group and took all the boxes when they left (lots of Styrofoam everywhere however)

I absolutely love Canales Furniture! I moved over 1300 miles to relocate to Dallas without any furniture or mattress. Mauricio Stein was a Godsend. I was desperate for a mattress and needed it that day so I could sleep before my first day of work. He personally delivered it to me to ensure I could function properly at work.

There was no pressuring me to get furniture I did not want. He definitely knew his inventory and helped give me ideas if something was out of stock.

Delivery was fantastic. Initially I was told my stuff would be delivered the next evening but to my surprise, they were able to deliver early the next morning. The delivery guys assembled my furniture at no extra cost. It took about 3 hours to put together an entire bedroom set, dining table, office desk, and recliner sofa. They cleaned up all the boxes and plastic as well.

I 100000% recommend Canales Furniture especially if you’re super busy. They take care of everything so you don’t have to.

My husband and I stopped to look at furniture for our new home. The Hispanic lady at the door didn’t even bother to greet us and was very rude acting. We actually greeted her when we walked in just for her to look at us crazy . Then she followed us around the store as we were trying to look and price out furniture amongst ourselves. There was another Hispanic gentleman that came to us and asked us did we need anything and were willing to help us as we communicated with him about what we were looking for or interested in. I was willing to purchase but just couldn’t get over the stereotype from the lady in the store that worked the door. Moral of the story is just because a person doesn’t look like you don’t mean they can’t afford what u have to offer. You will miss out on not only a sale or future customer, but a blessing as well. Be careful how you treat people who are coming into a place of business where you work trying to...
