Horrible experience someone name Carlos came to my home to take our filter because supposably we had guarantee and he was going to make sure we received a new one at no cost has been over 2 months and still waiting we are already getting charge for a cartridge that we haven’t been able to use because once again Mr. Carlos took our filter with false claims that he will make sure to get us a new one and so happens that our calls no longer are answered by him as well.
