Take A Stroll Into This Curious Garden. You Won’t Be Disappointed. <3 1/11/2023-UPDATE: ALL the awesome is at this (Casa Linda) location never disappoints! This is one of my favorite places in DFW. It’s candy for your brain. This garden has something for everyone. Their brilliant approach makes for a uniquely engaging atmosphere. Oddities, curios, be they new, old or somewhere in between, Curious Gardens is an intoxicating, unexpected experience by brilliantly blending collections of cultural diversity, local creativity, wrapped up in the perfect store. They have the best people on hand with extensive knowledge & gladly help with questions, sharing history or background on any item, as well as providing items I could only find there or better alternatives when needed. Simply put, this is & isn’t your Grandparents’ shop. It’s everyone’s. If you want to take a walk on the wild side, down memory lane or just loose yourself from the world outside, this Garden is definitely for you.

Curiosities is a MUST see for anyone who loves to just get lost in all things classic vintage and obscure oddities!!! And trust me when I say you will not be disappointed by their amazing selection and very reasonable/fair prices. Coming to Curiosities is always a fun experience and the staff are the kindest people! If you get the pleasure of going when Justin is working he will make sure you’re taken care of. Also, check out his awesome wet specimens he makes for the shop! He is incredibly talented and truly loves what he does, and it shows. He will never leave you not entertained while you’re visiting the shop. Here is my new addition to my collection! I’m absolutely in love with this Gecko specimen Justin made!! Thanks Curiosities I will definitely be back!!🖤🦎

Yo! This place has everything from large amounts of incense, candles, essential oil sprays - to authentic Molas quilt patches, African mud cloth, beads, and baskets - to jewelry, old frames and signs, rain chains w Carnelian and moonstone, - to vintage oddities - to Buddhist and Krishna art and fabrics - they source everything from all over the world themselves - dude! This place used to be a garden store, but now it’s like a haven for all things cool and different. I will warn you, there are some weird things - but def worth having a look! Their incense game is ON POINT. I went in to look and spent $100, even though stuff is reasonably priced! Shop local, but global!

Been coming here for over 6 years. Never had an issue until today, when I brought in my boyfriend. Wanted to show him where I got my octopus specimen and check out all the other cool, odd things here. I was checked on multiple times, we were followed throughout the store, I even pointed out a padlock for sale on a case because I thought it was funny, and immediately was asked if I "needed the case open or any assistance" the second I touched it. While a guest five feet away had a typewriter on the floor playing with it. The vibe was very off-putting and surprising as I've never experienced this here. And they were not "customer servicing" anyone else the way they were us. Unfortunately, I did notice we were the only people in the store that weren't white. I am mixed and my boyfriend is Hispanic. Whether or not that played a role in this, it came off as such. I left the tarot poster I planned on buying and will order it online from the printer. And no, we didn't steal anything and had money we planned on spending here. We were dressed and groomed well. As someone who has purchased from here before, brought multiple people into the location, and came here as one of my "third places" , I hope this wont be our experience next time if we choose to come back....

This is one of my favorite spots in Dallas! If you're looking for high quality vintage and antiques that you won't find in the typical antique mall, this is your place. The quality and consistency of their goods is unmatched and inventory changes frequently, so go back often to discover something "new." I've found many pieces for my home here over the years, and even if I leave empty handed, I still have a wonderful experience.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about products but not about every specific item in the store. The store has everything from clothing to photographs to hand painted Kenyan movie posters to antique prosthetics to oil paintings and everything in between. These folks know A LOT, but there's no way they can know everything. They have always shown good customer service and hospitality whenever I've visited.

Be prepared for an experience when you go! Take your time and browse slowly. The displays are carefully and beautifully made to delight and surprise. Another testament to the high standards...
