Well i wasn't expecting a good experience, but it was lol. With all the reviews I almost left to go to another burger place off of northwest highway. Here are my reasons of why I gave five stars:
Fries were hot (not everybody's dedinition of "hot" is the same) i believe the majority of people would enjoy the fries I got. I think they changed the seasoning too cuz I never was a fan of their fries. Unless this location just added a bit more salt than other...but i digress
The shake was like a typical Sonic shake. I can't really remember a bad shake from sonic (or drink period). They didn't just throw it together cuz the crumbs on top seemed placed (or maybe their just that good at throwing crumbs lol i don't know)
The burger i will admit was warm, but it was sitting on cold lettuce, under cold tomatoes with room temperature sauce and buns...sooo had I not eaten the burger when I had gotten it, it would have needed a quick visit to the microwave.
The girl that came out was slightly on the heavier side but she was still movin as if there were people lined up! I watched her a few times and she tried smiling with customers and being polite, and that makes me trust everything I'm eating. Bad attitude= bad food, but she was good.
They updated their system! Not one of the reasons, but I just wanted to throw that in there lol.
Now, of course I feel blessed for this meal and fortunately got good service. It wasn't outstanding and blowing me awayb but I don't need that for 5 stars. As long as I like what I paid for, 5 stars to me means I got what I wanted. I can't say if everyone comes here they'll get the same experience, but I felt bad that this place got such low reviews and just had to go all out...

For breakfast this morning they only had dry food, she said. I'm like what's that? She says, toast, tots and fries. So i ordered tots. I waited forever and when i got the tots, they were cold and greasy. Now, I'm here for a burger and they said, after i waited 5min straight in the sun saying, hello... hello, Drive thru is not open. Even though I just went through drive thru this morning. Now ive been sitting at the order station where u push the red button and no one has taken my order or even said I'll be right with u. I'm literally being ignored. And drive thru line looks like this because no one knows that drive thru isn't working. Horrible way to handle business!!!!! And now after I've waited in drive thru and at a order station i hear the drive thru lady, Hi can i help you? This is ridiculous. So now I'm sitting in drive thru and u finally got to order. I'm mad at myself for letting them take up so much of my time. Smh😒😒😒 Update* After i got my food i made my complaint to the manager and she compensated me for my troubles. Read morewent there yesterday to pick up three drinks I had ordered on the app. They had these express lanes for when you mobile order but the app said the number was invalid, but that's whatever so I just moved to one of their regular stalls. I check in on the app for that stall, ten minutes pass by and nothing. Figured maybe they're busy so I click the button and ask. Was told to "hold on for a minute" but then they disappear. I decide I'll give em a couple more minutes and try again but then nothing happens, multiple people have come and gone through the stalls and both the drive thrus so there's no reason they can't get to us. I click the button for the third time now, they finally responded and told me they'd get my order out but still another ten minutes pass and instead of new drinks they bring us the, at this point, 50 minute old drinks. My companions were so fed up at this point I didn't try getting us new ones so we just took the almost flat, watered down drinks and left. For something that should've been so simple (a mobile order for three drinks!) it took almost an hour and the results were subpar in the end.
