My husband purchased roses for several years and a regular customer (Valentines, Mother’s day, Birthday or just because). However, the past few arrangements are not as they once were and customer service has dwindled. Initially, the roses were placed in the vase with gel foam. I would say the roses lasted at least two weeks. Then, a few times after the roses were compacted with broken white stryofoam which caused the roses to wilt a few days later. This last time they were placed in plain water, which lasted a good 3-4 days. I noticed a few rose petals were mangled but figured it was valentine’s day and they were busy. So no harm – however getting a text from the driver when he arrived to my place of work at the hospital. He stated “ can you come get you flowers so I can leave” this really ruined the surprise. I told him just to leave them at the patient and guest desk. My husband stated he contacted the flower shop earlier in the day because he was concerned I wouldn’t receive on time. He mentioned they left him on hold for a long period of time and responded abruptly that it was never specified to him when they would be delivered. He then proceeded to let them know he was asked if he preferred AM or PM – which he responded if they could be delivered within AM hours, Unfortunately, they lost our business! UPDATE: I called them the following day to address my concerns. I spoke with a lady. I told her that I wasn't pleased with the purchase for two reasons. 1. The family stated that the flowers look wilted and not a full bloom. 2. I did not like the way they were arranged. I was not expecting a full replica of the posted picture but I did not think this was not close to the image. Her response was that is just how the flowers look and asked what was my expected resolution. I requested a partial refund or a store credit. Read moreI am an out of town customer. I ordered Mother's Day flowers from I Love Roses for my mother in law who is in a local nursing home. We have had problems getting things to her before so I was unsure of sending flowers. I Love Roses called me to let me know the delivery time and then called me again to let me know they were delivered. I was able to call and communicate with the nursing home and my MIL to make sure that she had received them. Not only did she get them but they were exquisite! My MIL and the nurses went on and on about how beautiful they were. I am very pleased with I Love Roses from placing my order to the final product. They have great care and concern to make sure their customers are happy and that the recipient gets the biggest thrill from their product.
