I've been coming here for the past 3 years and it was great every single time, well, until today. I normally ask for Jeffrey (think that was his name). But since he's on vacation I decided to try another tech. The lady they gave me was either new, or just plain lazy. Ignore the fact that she was rude (didn't say hi and just basically ordered me to do things), she cut my massage short every time she ran to the back for stuff. And the parts that she did (pretty much just feet and back), it felt like she didn't use any strength as it felt more like a rub/caress. This was me and my friend’s first time in. Upon arrival, the male receptionist in the Nike jacket and glasses was rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable. His whole demeanor was cold and felt like he didn’t want to be bothered. They only had a 30 minute back massage available for 2 which was fine. The ladies who performed our massages did great. After paying for my massage, he proceeded to press me about leaving a tip which was embarrassing and unprofessional. I tip by the overall experience. First impressions are everything and he set me in a bad mood before even getting the massage so no, I wasn’t about to tip. My friend’s card declined and she politely asked him to run it again and he looked her up and down with an attitude. I paid for my friend and left a tip from both of us.
