Ajumma Kimbob Deli — Restaurant in Dallas

I wish if I can give 0 star. I've been here about 6 years even not often. They had waaaaaaay better quality and amount of food with previous owner. After ownership was changed, everything start to change; main thing food quality, price, and size of container. I understand they went up price because everything going up; however, even they went up price, container size going smaller and amount of food is reduced a lot, I easily realized with just see it. I tried ddukbokki recently, well.. it was as expected but in bad way. Very very disappointed, rice cake over cooked, fish cake under cooked, too much vegetables made lots of water so totally bland taste not even spicy enough! just taste like seasoning also, it seems they use cayenne pepper powder from plastic container. Rice cake covered with really fine size pepper powder has red, black, some other color that never happen if they use Korean pepper paste or powder. There is no deeper flavor ddukbokki supposed to have. Not a good taste of spiciness. Too much of cayenne pepper made my stomach sore and burn not even spicy. We went for lunch and ordered many things i am not sure some of the names of what we got. The dumplings were delicious, we had some seaweed rice wraps that were very good as well. For our main course i got the kimchi sausage soup.... it was hot dogs and spam to me this was way overpriced for what it was. I was highly disappointed with this and not sure the number but it does say kimchi and sausage. just a heads up. My freind got #11. While the broth was very good the soup was kinda empty with nothing real in it. very little noodle and no beef. While these 2 items which were our mains I would not give 4 stars to, the service was nice and fast. The other food that we got was well on the mark. Everything we ordered at this restaurant did not taste good. We ordered donkatsu, bibimbap, budaejjigae and ddeokbokki, and not one dish tasted good. Donkatsu and ddeokbokki even came out in a plastic to-go containers. I could not understand why I was being served in to-go containers while dining at the restaurant. I really hope the owners will address this issue. We specifically chose this restaurant during our trip to enjoy some good food, but we were thoroughly disappointed.
