Sunnyland Outdoor Living — Attraction in Dallas

Excellent service, product, and shipping. Couldn't be more pleased. I found an outdoor dining chair that I loved, but couldn't get locally. Searching online, it looked like Sunnyland had the chairs in stock - oh joy! I inquired online about placing an order to be shipped from their Dallas store to my home in New Mexico. Salesperson Austin Woodcock. responded almost immediately. He confirmed that the style, color, and quantity I wanted were in stock. The price was fair (quite competitive compared to other online sellers, actually). Shipping cost was also very reasonable. All 6 of the chairs arrived quite quickly via a standard freight carrier. Delivery date and time was communicated clearly and easily. The chairs were packed with great care to avoid them getting bent, broken, or scratched in any way. They arrived in excellent condition. Everything about the transaction with Austin and Sunnyland was sent in writing via email, and online payment via credit card was simple. What an amazing process from purchase to delivery. We originally purchased a patio set from a larger outdoor chain in town. After three months of changing delivery dates (supply-chain challenges so the delays were understandable) we stopped by Sunnyland on a whim and found a better patio set, at a lower price, and in-stock available for delivery within days!

Delivery was even better than expected. I wasn’t able to be at the house but provided the team with gate codes. Chris B and Jerrod D arrived on time and set up the furniture in exactly the places I wanted (without providing Sunnyland with specific instructions). I was expecting to get home and have to move heavy patio furniture around and possibly unpack/build the new items. Instead, everything was perfectly set-up. They even went to the extra effort of moving/installing a pre-existing patio umbrella into the new table. I returned home and had to do nothing but enjoy my new patio furniture.

Twenty-one years ago we worked with Sunnyland to furnish the patio of our new home. We were extremely pleased with the products and the service. Recently we remodeled, and needed furniture for the same patio and our boat house deck and sun room. We visited Sunnyland and met Brent Glaze who helped us begin the process of designing and selecting furniture for this project. Brent was extremely helpful and generous with his time and knowledge in helping us make selections that met our needs. We made a second visit to Sunnyland where we met Teresa Scott. Teresa was also very helpful in sharing her experience and expertise. She assisted us in designing and furnishing additional areas of the project. During our third visit we met again with Brent to continue planning and selecting items to use. Once again, we were impressed with the generosity of time, effort, and knowledge these professionals provided. We look forward to using these selections in our home.
