I was looking at your website and trying to place an order, but for some reason, it wasnāt allowing me too, so I decided to call but nobody seemed to speak English? Even though on the phone, it gave me the option of English. (Press 1) I can completely understand the language, I just canāt speak it. I tried my best to communicate with the lady but whomever answer the phone within these minutes was very rude for what she was doing. She couldnāt understand me so she hung up!? I decided to call again but it was the same outcome? I definitely called again and this time She asked for help (since we couldnāt understand each other the first two call..?) but the other lady was no help either, and hung up a third time!? I call again and this time she brought a gentleman over to āhelpā, he was no help as we couldnāt understand each other either. She proceeded to tell the gentleman that was trying to help me to hang up on me!? FOUR TIMES!!! on the fifth call it seems like a gentleman was on a phone trying to be a translator, but he was no help either as we couldnāt really communicate through two devices properly. I was honestly frustrated at this point so I asked him what the ladys name, that answered the phone the last few times was but he just ignored me and asked if I needed any help. (Obviously itās why Iām calling!?) It was honestly just really upsetting to hear them get aggravated with me as if I was the problem šāāļø. ( I love Hispanics, ITS MY ROOTS but we definitely need English speakers at establishments, at least one!āļø) If this is the type of energy, Iām getting over the phone I definitely wonāt be going to this location. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the second time Iāve been here, and decided to take a friend here because we were nearby. When we entered the gas station, there were already a lot of people waiting for food. Thereās limited seating so everyone was mainly standing around or sitting in their car waiting for the order. He ended up ordering two carne asada tacos, but I wanted to try something different this time. I ended up ordering 1 of each Champinojes (Mushrooms), Pastor-Queso, Rajas con Queso (peppers and cheese) taco. Both of us ended up waiting nearly 15-20 minutes for our order. From my last experience here, this seems like a normal wait time because itās always packed.
Since there was nowhere to sit, we ended up getting takeout and coming back to our own places. My friend indicated that he really enjoyed his meal. I definitely appreciated the cilantro, onions, and radishes in the foil pack. The sauce was delicious and had the right amount of spice as well. I really enjoyed the Pastor-Queso taco. The pastor was really well complemented, and I wished I had bought more. The Champinones tacos was alright, nothing special. I was not a fan of the Rajas con Queso taco. I do eventually want to branch out and try some of the other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been trying different street taco places around my area. This one is near the bottom. Cashier was rude, maybe overwhelmed. They def treat you better if you sit at the boderline unsanitary counter top. Food was just okay. First place Ive been to that charges extra per small ramekin of salsa ( I ordered 10 tacos and got one small red and green salsa, not enough). Handful of onions and cilantro for the countertop guest but skimp on the takeout. Had they put it on the tacos they would have known it wasn't enough. The reviews of this place can be misleading, maybe it was just a bad day. The only reason it is not a one star is because I have been in restaurants and assuming it was a bad day. Still not sure if the lady was just trying to get extra money out of me via the salsa. (Told me about the extra charge after I paid, and tipped 20%). May return and another point but...
