Kyo's home omakase is everything. I've lived in Dallas all my life and often order omakase from sushi restaurants. I have never heard of a home omakase experience in Dallas, so I highly recommend it (thanks IG). We ordered the Basic level (4 person minimum) and for the price per person, it was an unforgettable experience. The fish was fresh, the dishes unique, and the staff could not have been kinder. They are newer to the sushi scene in Texas, but if it is of any indication of their work ethic and quality, I've tried to book round 2, and they are booked all month. We loved our experience last night at Kyo. The sushi chef sat right in front of us and made the freshest sushi we have had outside of Uchi in Dallas. Is a small intimate setting which we mistaked for the bar not the restaurant at first. The waitstaff were all attentive and friendly.
