I had the worst experience, trying to change to a business account and my own account from a family account I had been on. The store staff never gave me his name, nor did he have a name badge on. I had visited this location 4 or 5 times without any results. I had called their customer service 5 times, they had canceled my phone line someway, so I had no phone service for a day, and I'm a senior citizen and they didn't care. Between the store staff member and customer service not one of them know the correct way to switch my account, and the bill was fully paid up. The staff member tried to force me to purchase a table , stating then he could get around the holdup and switch my account and ect. I called customer service and asked for their legal department, I was advised that they handled the legal issue. I knew this was a lie! I asked the staff member who was trying to force me to purchase a tablet in order to assist me, was their a metro mobile store in that shopping center, he said he think it was on somewhere . I had to advised him that he wasn't going to force me to purchase a tablet or another phone line. He kept saying he wasn't trying to force me , but that was the only way he could get around something and switch my line. He said he had been working at t-mobile for 12yrs. I walked out of that t-mobile location and found metro and switched to them within 30 minutes. Wynnwood T-mobile location is the only one I have ever encountered such bad service. Our family use to have 6 lines. I will never use...

Read moreWorst walmart ever! Stopped to buy simple men wearing gear. Had an associate called over because whatvi needed was locked behind the glass door. The lady comes up and asks if anyone needs help. Another ready infant of me said no. Yet I raised my hand and said, "I need help," but she walked away. So I pressed the assistant button again. When she comes back and gets the item out. She told me that she had to walk up to the cashier and she'll check me out at Cashier 21. We start walking up there, and the cashier is closed. So she tells me to go to 20 and wait in line. Understandable. Since it was the only item we were getting. She said we could go to self check out. After walking to self checkout, she asked another associate to scan them. Why not hand them to me so I can do it myself. After they scan it, they just leave it there. If they were going to do everything for me. They could have at least placed it in the bag. This made me and my family...
