Two words; perfectly curated. What a joy to see Greens grow over the last few years into such a perfect blend of indoor and huge outdoor shopping environments. A staggering amount of self made and self branded foods ( jalapeño pickled quail eggs!) seedless raspberry and candied jalapeño jams, perfect Bloody Mary mix, at least a hundred sauces, salad dressings, local honey… organic perfectly curated local vegetables, fruits, heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, pink pineapple, crazy selection of fresh mushrooms, delicious homemade queso, guacamole, salsas and that is barely touching on the farm fresh eggs, milk coffee, snacks! All this and the moment you walk outside to the plants area, you’ll know you are in Heaven. Local Texas seasonal native potted plants as far as the eye can see! And the Greens staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and kind and provide just the right kind of atmosphere to let you meander and dream up the perfect landscape and garden with soils, planters… Providing boxes for those like me who do t like plastic bags, and a variety that is unmatched in Arlington or even the DFW area. If I sound like I’m gushing, I am. And I do have to set my budget before I go because we could definitely overspend here, but quality and selection and service are the three things would will get here every single time. And if only this were a pain advertisement hahaha. We LOVE our neighborhood Greens Farmers market; it’s like nothing you’ve encountered, and everything you didn’t...

still a fun spot to shop for hard to find Texas natives. kudos!
one setback.... seeds of Texas natives inc meadow gardens. hate the idea of going to Calloway's but even the guys we talked to had to admit it was our best bet. ugh!
we're turning our front yard over, section by section, to natives & native pollinator attractors, veggie raised beds & a native meadow. it's taken years to carefully kill off and remove the grass without disturbing the roots of our live & post oaks, desert willow and (evil incarnate) cedar elms. ready to start planting & sowing seed. bummed! sending us somewhere else means we're likely to purchase other items we need from there, instead make piecemeal purchases for common items. we love this place and wanted to get most our plant...

There is nothing different with their produce / goods that warrants the higher prices.
The fact that people have to say "price was reasonable" in the other reviews, should be your first indicator that it's overpriced. I'm sticking to a regular market, as should you. I'm a Chef/ Food scientist. So food and costs are constantly running through my mind. This isn't the farmers you're...
