Metro Mobile Electronics, LLC — Attraction in Dalworthington Gardens

I do not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and let's not even mention possibly broke some serious privacy laws by having access to our home system for months! They installed a very complex smart light system in our home and never changed the main setup over to our name because they did not want to bother resetting up all the lights in the home all over again. They assured me they will set up email forwarding and we hoped that'd work well until we get more comfortable with the system that was extremely complex in setup. The email forwarding turned out to be a hassle, which is why I finally asked them to help us switch the account and set up completely over to us. After several emails, we were stuck trying to figure it out ourselves because when I tried asking for assistance, they all of a sudden tried to charge us a fee to come out to help! Simply unacceptable to charge us for something that should've been set up properly in the beginning. We were NOT asking for 4 'new' items to be installed, we just needed the existing system set up properly under our own proper account. Many of our lights are STILL not functioning properly. Maybe MMEGPS should learn to pick up the phone and call the customer to help remediate instead of trying to make up things in a google...

The tech, James, informed me when he was on his way. He arrived on time and did his work. He is courteous and shown great attitude. After the work was completed, I did not check my vehicle until later in the afternoon. I found that some alarms lights showed up in the dash after I start the vehicle. I called him back the next morning, he was away from my office so he make it a point to show up the next morning to see what is the issue with the vehicle.
