Everytime I come pass here, I don't see any customers, now I know why. The lady seemed okay at first, until my family came in a few seconds after me. I asked if there were sample cups, she said yes. My brother asked if there were any non-dairy fro yo and she acted dumb like she couldnt understand him. Well we only tried two because we're vegan. She kept staring at us as if we were going to try all of them or steal! Then she says we close at 10. My brother says okay I'm going to hurry and get this. The yogurt and toppings are great but the customer service was not. When we came in we were not informed that the card reader did NOT work and that only cash or Apple Pay would work. She also didn’t even bother to greet us and only looked up from her phone when we said hello. When we went to check out, we tried to use the tap feature with a card and it repeatedly wouldn’t work. The woman said that it seemed OUR card wasn’t working and asked us to use a different one. After we tried four different cards, my boyfriend asked if they took Apple Pay while I rustled around in my wallet to find enough cash. That’s when she finally informed us that Apple Pay is preferred… Horrible experience and we won’t be coming back. I love Peachwave but this was honestly so...

I have never experienced such a rude interaction as a customer before as I had here. The owner was a nasty woman who gave me the biggest attitude when I handed my card to pay. There was no sign saying that I couldn't pay with debit card but she continued to yell at me while rolling her eyes. After she ranted she went to grab my card but I was so disgusted I told her I no longer wanted to give her business. She yelled and threw out the cup of yogurt and stormed away.
