Eden Jewelry & Repair — Attraction in Danville

My heart dropped when the Eden jewelry worker put my vintage custom engagement ring on her finger and then added the wedding bands to her finger with my engagement ring!! All I asked her to do was get the jeweler to give me an appraisal! She immediately put my ring on her finger and when my fiancé asked if they could custom make his band to match mine she kept my ring on her finger and proceeded to show me wedding bands for him and then displayed ladies bands on her finger with my ring! I felt so violated, for I just received my engagement ring on Christmas Eve! Also they couldn’t give us an insurance appraisal because there not educated enough to find resources that go to vintage! They have No Clue about old mined diamonds or Italian prominence!! Highly dissatisfied! Never will we grace there store with our presence again! No respect, honor or care for the customers feelings whatsoever! I am highly disappointed with Eden Jewelry! Absolutely a lower class store! With uneducated jewelers and disrespectful staff!! Had a necklace and a bracelet repaired and the necklace was 75$ to fix a little small tear on the smallest possible rope necklace you can buy and they didn't even finish fixing the clasps on it and they bracelet they charged me 35$ and put the wrong clasps on it and know I can't hook it myself because it made it shorter and then said that they could not get the style clasps I need but yet I bought the bracelet from them, my grandfather used to repair jewelry for my grandmother and as a hobby so what they do at eden jewelry is fix it the fastest and cheapest way possible for them and charge you outrageous price and absolutely did nothing I the costumer asked and this is the third time and everytime I have been there, I urge you not to have them repair anything for you because it's just been a hassle and a waste of...

After almost 20 years of doing business with eden jewelery it is time to part ways. The repair shop stole the gold that remained from having a ring reduced in size and the final straw was when they stretched another ring 1/2 size larger and they charged me an extra $40 for "adding extra gold" when they only stretched the ring they did not add any extra gold.
