Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store — Attraction in Davenport

Salesman Saul was awesome. Very friendly and low key. Delivery was awesome. Friendly and prompt. Got the loveseats out and 1 of the pillows had a split seam. Called Customer Service and the lady spoke broken english and could not understand when trying to talk to her. I asked to talk to another representative or her supervisor. She refused! Absolutely no help. She is the reason this review is 4 star instead of 5. I hung up called the Davenport store sales agent and matter was handled in an excellent manner. I would definitely buy from Bob's in Davenport again. I hope the customer service rep gets moved to a different position more fitting...

Went into the store and dealt with Courtney, she was fantastic. She place our order in a cart and we were going to call back to place order. When we called back to place the order we had a terrible terrible lady by the name of Debra answer who would not stop talking for one minute when we were trying to explain that we did not want any add ons as far as protection of furniture is involved, but she wouldn’t listen and when my husband asked her to stop talking and listen to him because we had already been explained everything she was trying to say she just hung up on him. As soon as I walked in somebody come up to talk to me to see what I was looking for. I told him I'm looking for a lift chair with heat and vibration.. she showed me a few and I told her what I need and what I don't need and she showed me the last one and I fell in love with it. I did go look at other stores for something like that that I love there, but there are a little over $1,500 more than what I was getting at Bob's discount furniture. The salesperson was amazing. I came back the next day or two and paid it in full and now I'm waiting for a delivery. I can't wait! Thank you, Bob...
