Well I was going to check this place out today. Until we walked into the door and a employee started waving his hands at us from across the store and was yelling âmasks.â I think the first thing you should train for is customer service. Maybe not yell at people when you donât even have a sign on the door that says a mask is required? In Iowa it is not a requirement, itâs a recommendation. Great job on losing first time customers that only stepped one foot in the door. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere, where employees donât wave their hands in the air and yell at customers. Maybe the employee didn't mean to be rude, but most people are acting like we didn't JUST get out of quarantine.
