Pancheros Mexican Grill - Davenport Kimberly — Restaurant in Davenport

Ive been there in the past a few times an it was pretty good , but this time the 27 Jan the line making the food were unbelievably either possibly ignorant seemed more stupid, i asked one of the people if they had corn shells instead of flour he went an asked someone else what kind of shells tthey were using an told me it was a flour shell in front of me , so i asked again knowing already it was flour in front of me ,if they had corn shells again i get the same answer till someone else let me know they only had flour shells ,then they make our burritos asked if we wanted cheese on top ofcourse we did an she said it didn't matter because she was going to mix it up,when we said just leave them alone alone do not mess with them an one was left alone an the other I turned my head for something an when i looked again she was playing with my food (i should of made them make me a new one or just left ,but i didn't no neither) the only person their that had any intelligence was the manager who was busy at the register, an did apologize for having to deal with the lacking of the line , as we went to sit down, i detoured an went to the bathroom an someone before me destroyed it , so when i went to let the manager know he was busy so i informed the a person on the line , as i walked away halfway threw restaurant to my table the person yells to me (i am a male ,an look like a male) which one so i responded as everyone in there heard ,well i didn't go in the women's bathroom , like you really had to ask which bathroom i was in an they pay you to...

The worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I never post reviews but my situation called for it.

I placed a mobile order at the West Kimberly Pancheros in Davenport, Iowa and never received it after waiting in the store for 30 minutes and having the workers refuse to serve me.

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes. I saw they were busy so I waited patiently. The worker finally asked me what my name was for the order, told me he didn’t find my order, and didn’t ask me what it was to make it and just walked away while I stood there waiting.

I saw the employees throwing a bunch of receipts on the ground. When I originally asked him if he had the order for Christine, he picked up one of the receipts and crumpled it to the ground. My guess is it was mine... not sure why else he would crumple one receipt in particular after hearing what my name was for the order.

I left even though I paid for my food ahead of time through the app and still didn’t receive it.

The workers refused to serve me, crumpled up my order receipt, and walked away.

When I walked into the restaurant with my group of friends there wasn't anyone waiting for us at the front. We stood around for about 5 mins calling out for someone until a person finally showed up. We all went through our orders and I couldn't help but feel like us being there and making an order was being a burden on to the employees. The careless attitude shown made me feel like I wasn't wanted there. The food preparation was also shown the same treatment. One of the burrito bowls that was being made for us was slid down the counter and fell into the toppings display. The cheese display was replaced with a fresh topping batch but the others weren't replaced, there was still a mixture of beans and chicken inside the lettuce container that they still used to make my order. Also, when I ordered chips and queso the employee wasn't wearing any gloves as they were pouring the queso into the container which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I personally love going to pancheros, and I still would but I wouldn't recommend going to this location. I didn't feel...
