Bellair Plaza — Attraction in Daytona Beach

When I go to Subway, any Subway, I usually buy the same sandwich, tuna. I visited this Subway in Jan of this year and the woman that made my sandwich actually reached under the counter and got a smaller scoop to use for dipping the tuna. When she finished scooping it onto the bread she spread it out (which is the normal process) and because of the tiny scoop she used for the tuna portion, the tuna was like a layer of mayonnaise with vegetables on top. I was so outdone that I just stood there looking at the woman and I was speechless. My sister in line behind me knowing how I look forward to my Subway tuna sub, spoke up for me and said "she'd like extra tuna please". The tall blonde woman with glasses begrudgingly put another tiny scoop on the sandwich, and never smiled, not once. Okay, I figured this was an isolated incident so I returned about a week later. There was a different woman making the sandwiches, shorter with dark brown hair, very cordial. She made an excellent tuna sandwich for me with the regular size scoop. Great experience. I returned about seven days later and the tuna nazi was back. The minute she went under the counter for the tiny scoop, I lost it and just walked out and waited for my sister in the car. The tiny scoop switcher roo routine along with her dead eyes and her unsmiling face was all I needed to decide that I'll never go back to the Subway in Bellair Plaza....

I have been shopping in this shopping center for 5+ years. My wife works at the pet supermarket. Today I'm sitting outside waiting for her to come out on break and here comes security. Starts talking to me, asking me what I'm doing and up to there amd I told him. I'm waiting for my wife who works here. Ok I'm just making sure your not loitering or camping out... I'm smoking a cigarette and looking at Facebook on my phone, does it look like I'm camping out, so my response to this young buck security guard was I have a home bro plus I made purchases at publix also. This is the second time within 3 months they have said something to me. The first older guy was trying to trespass me for going I to duffs and causing I scene... I've me we been inside of duffs not ever. So I think the next time I get harassed by your fine 2.5 security guards I'll have a talk with my lawyer and see if there is any legal action that should be taken since I feel I'm being ran off the property when I'm there visiting my wife for her break plus a customer to the stores here. Just blows my mind I can't stand outside a store and smoke a cigarette without being accused of being homeless or...

Very very very helpful and awesome people work here!!!! I came in, quite confused with Instacart pickup (or so I had thought I did but instacart cancelled everything and locked me out because of some ridiculous email I didn't check. I put the order in to pickup within the hour....and was at the park with my daughter when I put it in..so I assumed when I got there it would be perfect use of my time!) I asked for help at the very first person I saw, whom I believe was actually a manager, and he Immediately started doing everything he could to help me!!! The two employees at the customer service area went into action also, calling to see if I maybe ordered at another Publix etc ..... troubleshooting my situation to the fullest!!!! They were GENUINELY kind and professional and knowledgeable!!! They made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Thank you ! I apologize I did not catch names but I really appreciate you guys!
