I recently purchased a full suite of Café appliances from Pioneer Appliances, and I was impressed with the service I received from Kyle. From the start, he was knowledgeable about the Café line—explaining the features, finishes, and performance differences with clarity and confidence. His product expertise made it easy to choose appliances that matched both my kitchen design and functional needs. What truly stood out was his follow-through. Kyle didn’t just help with the sale—he stayed involved every step of the way. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Pioneer Appliance in Daytona Beach. The person at services and repair was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to narrow down a specific time for the service, they refused to give me a precise time, only saying that someone would call between 7:30-8:30 AM.
When I called at 8:00 AM to check, they changed the window to 8:30-9:30 AM. We have jobs and commitments, and trying to coordinate with a company that doesn't care about other people's time is beyond frustrating.
To top it all off, the representative was extremely rude, hanging up on me and bluntly saying they wouldn't be providing any service. This level of disrespect and atrocious customer service is inexcusable. Avoid Pioneer Appliance at all costs if you want to be treated with any...

We purchased multiple appliances from Pioneer, including a Convection Microwave. Despite assurances that it would arrive shortly after our initial purchase, it took 2.5 months of weekly inquiries to be informed it was imminent, just before Thanksgiving. The promised microwave never arrived, and we were provided a non-convection substitute. After another month of delays and unhelpful customer service, we procured the Convection Microwave from an alternative vendor.
Additionally, we encountered a billing discrepancy as Pioneer attempted to overcharge us for installation services they didn't perform.
