Walgreens — Attraction in Daytona Beach

Yes unfortunately I use this pharmacy but they're usually rude had some pharmacist named Nick that I never heard of answer the phone today and tell me I did not used to get my Klonopin two or three days early that for the last 5 years it's only been one day early but I have the receipts to prove wrong and if you Google on the internet it says 2 days is the law to pick them up unless the pharmacist feels like it's a hassle or your abusing which they accuse everybody as soon as they see you that everybody is a drug addict and that's probably because of the fact that they owe millions and millions of dollars from being sued for getting out than narcotics too early in other states not in Daytona Beach The girls the answer the phone generally are nice and there is a nice pharmacist but the fact that you can't pick up your medication especially one like I've been on Klonopin one day early is bullcrap It should still be 2 days early especially if you have a record in their computer of all the time that you've been on the medication!! Honestly I don't think the pharmacist should have say so and when you can pick up your medication because if I'm picking up medication from a pharmacy I'm doing it the right way I went through a doctor and not out on the streets looking for anything because it would probably be easier to find and a lot less hassle and probably a nicer person but if not at least you don't have to deal with being scrutinized when you call for your prescriptions but it's messed up that Daytona has so much crime and poverty yet the ones that are doing the right thing and going to doctors are penalized especially when Walgreens had their share of being sued earlier this year not our problem We are patients We are not in control of your store so that's pretty pathetic that you can't do two days cuz one day extra is going to matter that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard and this Nick guy that I've never heard of says he's worked at all of them You know how much I hear that whenever I go to a store in Daytona that I've been to like years on end and these people pop out of the woodwork and they're like yeah I worked here several times It just goes to show how uncaring America is especially when it comes to people's disabilities not everything always works out perfect to where you always have all the prescription or you got sick and you were taking your prescription and throwing it up so not everything goes according to what the pharmacist thinks they should be ashamed of themselves wish I could sue them.. if you go on Yelp you can see the pictures I pasted to where the law still says 2 days and a history where I did used to pick up my prescriptions two or three days early Nick the worthless furnaces You don't...

40 yrs of using Walgreens faithfully, and this is the worst Walgreens I've ever experienced; they shd terminate everyone's empt, retrain competently & emphatically stress cust.svc, hire ppl who WANT to work, have the ABILITY to wk w ppl, provide clear, accurate info. and do their job well, smilingly,, in every capacity.

After having asked to sp w PHARMACIST on rec'g, i advised a presumed Pharmacist that my refill was mistakenly 30 pills instead of 90 as w the prior one & that recently, the same thing happened w my husband's prescr. I was given such a swiftly annoyed, convoluted response that I asked her to re-explain. Every word out of her mouth was blatantly but unnecessarily rude, followed by announcing "on the side" so I cd hear: "I can't BELIEVE I'm having to explain this to her AGAIN!". She also stated they were too busy to check everyone's prescr. (w refills) -- bottom line, she wouldn't refill the difference & said I shd call my Dr. I std my husband brought his refill to pharm., and he was given the bal. of the 90 da supply right then. "NOPE -- not gonna do it"

I then called Walgreens #2 location, sp w PHARMACIST #2 whereupon the process w refills & changing 1 mo refill to a 90-day one was politely & coherently explained incl that they're alerted per case when they can make the chg fr 30 to 90 pills; the adjustment is made (by this Pharm #2) EVERY SINGLE TIME (for all parties' time & convenience)!

So I call back Walgreens #1, this time asking for STORE MGR. to register a complaint abt its Pharm. rudeness & explain what transpired, hoping to ultimately get the bal. of the refill (just like my husband had). BUT once again, i am faced w another employee who's UTTERLY OBNOXIOUS, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! She advises me that I, in fact, sp to HER earlier in PHARMACY bc it was she who "just picked up the phone". So my time was wasted talking to the same rude person TWICE in two roles WITH NO RESULTS BECAUSE THEY'RE "TOO BUSY! Still refusing to give me the bal. of a 90-day refill!

THIEVES!!! I went last night, and purchased $207.50 worth of items, and they took the money off of my credit card, which I can prove, but they didn't give me my merchandize, saying that they couldn't figure out how my United Healthcare Benefit Credit Card worked, because it's new?!!! I'll tell you how: PUSH CREDIT, JUST LIKE YOU TOLD ME TO DO WHEN YOU STOLE MY MONEY!!! I have your "voided" receipt, proof that I had well over $200 on my card when I walked in that store, proof that I walked out of the store with nothing, thanks to cameras, & proof that you guys charged my account down to the last penny!!! I am going to file a police report here shortly, and then I'll be at the store at 3 pm today, to talk to another manager, about giving me WHAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!! The manager this morning told me to do that, since obviously she doesn't know what she's doing either!!! The manager last night who ROBBED ME, told me to come at 7 this morning, that my money was refunded back to my card last night, and I could come get my bags that are being held with my name on them, because I'd have my money back!!! Guess what though!!!?..... SHE LIED, my card is still maxed out, & I am going to sue you Walgreen's, if my merchandize isn't given to me today, or my money back, TODAY!!!!! Your Manager will go to jail for THEFT as well!!! OBVIOUSLY, I'LL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE STORE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I'LL BE SHARING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, YOUTUBE, AND PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES, SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!! I'M SO DISGUSTED...
