Go to this BK all the time. Usually the food is good but 90% of the time the service is foul. Last night is a perfect example. I arrived at the window at 9:50pm to try an order a few whoppers. I was told they were closed. It is clearly posted that they close at 10pm and i have been there recently and ordered around the same time because thats when i get out of work. They told me they closed at 9:45pm. To me this is obviously someone closing early to save themselves the work. They then said we arent closed we just stop taking orders at 9:45pm. This also is obviously someone taking this advisment from management too far about when to stop taking mobile orders so they arent stuck open all night. I have been in the returant industry for a long time and its people like this that destroy a business. It might be a burger king but there is no way it will do well with employees like this. Update: stopped going for months now. Just gave them another shot and they dropped to a new low. They are closed at 5pm on a monday. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before trying to go inside. When i got to the door i was told by a woman in the parking lot they were closed because someone didnt come in. Pathetic in my opinion and the franchisees should be penalized for representing...
Read moreDid an Uber eats order for over $45.00 ordered. Was so excited to get my meals after working a 12 hour shift. Only to get 20% of my order and what I did receive was completely wrong. These people do not read their tickets nor do they care about the service people Receive from their restaurant. I was missing all my fries, both my onion rings, my chicken nuggets, and all my drinks. Call to complain guess what no one answers the phone either… I would not recommend eating here or ordering from here. Your order will be the opposite of what you order and you will be lucky to receive 25% of it. After an hour of waiting on hold with Uber eats because they too could not get a hold of the restaurant I finally got a refund of some of my monies. But BK y’all need to do better. It’s suppose to have it my way not your way of what you want me to have. I wanted what I paid for. But these people can’t seem to get it right. This is the third time my order got messed up with them. I’m very disappointed and don’t think I’ll be conducting business here anymore. Read moreI came to get the family bundle all of the burgers were only cheese and ketchup nothing else on them including the whoppers then they forgot half of the order soo I had to return back to the store the wait for the food was at least 25 minutes it’s just disappointing many people behind my vehicle were leaving and not because the line was long but because the workers inside wanted us to sit there and wait there were no cars in front of us the person working drive through was just not welcoming whatsoever I didn’t get a welcome to Burger King just first thing asked what we wanted and if we had a code and then the pull up to the window and being told to pull to the pole because of the timer when the workers were having a whole conversation in front of the customers but couldn’t get the food out on time there was clearly no one there but us … then when handed the food we were asking for sauces and was rushed by the worker I don’t recommend this location very unprofessional and disorganized there shouldn’t be two people working night shift new manager needed to control or they don’t need to be open at all...
