Moe at Issa Jewelry makes you feel like family right away... I started going in to purchase little things like necklaces and gently used fur/mink coats...He is extremely knowledgeable and abundantly fair...he loves what he does and likes to help people, I see that in the way he treats other customers when I’m there. So the exciting part a few years ago I got engaged the first and only place I went was Issa Jewelers... my fiancée paid about $5,700 For my engagement ring it came with an appraisal from another jeweler for over $10,000 how exciting to have a $10,000 ring for about half the price a few months later I took it to another jeweler for my engagement ring it came with an appraisal from another jeweler for over $10,000 how exciting to have a $10,000 range for about half the price a few months later I took it to another dealer for an appraisal it appraised for over $10,000 ......that makes me so happy and grateful it’s so exciting the ring is absolutely beautiful and it’s more than I could’ve ever expected I have a wedding ring and I mean that with my whole heart I refer all of my friends and family to a Issa Jewelry ....And after all of these years of doing business with Moe the owner I consider him a close friend! They also have a resale shop in the back and I see people coming in to get fair prices on things they need to pawn they also leave happy.... but please don’t get me wrong not everything in there has been used by someone else he also created a ring for me my grandmother used to have this ring she always wore, I missed her so I explain what the ring look like to Moe and he made one for me....I will forever shop and recommend Issa Jewelry, thank you Moe for becoming such a dear and trusted friend ....oh and you never know what famous person you’ll meet...

SAID MY DIAMONDS WERE "SYNTHETIC" & THAT MY COCKTAIL RING WAS WORTH $95.00

I went to helzburg & Kay diamonds RIGHT after & both stores told me my ring WAS VERY MUCH REAL & Was worth ABOUT $1,000.00 retail.

I ONLY came in this store to see if the diamonds in the ring I just bought was real & if I got a good deal on it!!!!!

He said to me "it's worth $95.00 & that i paid too much"

I went back to this store SAME DAY & confronted the tall man & he said "he didn't say it was fake" & "he didn't rip me off"

UMM??? HE DID SAY MY DIAMONDS WERE "MAN MADE" & "ONLY MY GOLD WAS REAL"

& He didn't rip me off because he didn't get a chance to, I JUST KNEW IT WAS REAL!

I'm reporting this business to the BBB & WILL be writing a fb review as well.

I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE #SERIOUSLY

The tall guy is a liar now he's saying $195.00 & that is TOTALLY not true! HE SAID "$95.00 TO ME WHEN I 1ST WALKED IN HIS STORE!

If you want a guesstimate about your belongings I'd go ELSEWHERE

This is the most friendly, welcoming, caring place of business I've ever stepped into! The service is outstanding and the prices are unbeatable. I first encountered this store by driving by for so many years and decided "what the heck, I'm just going to stop in real quick and see what its about". I was blown away once I was inside and seen the amount of amazing beautiful jewelry that they had on hand. As I was looking around, other customers was entering the store and I noticed how the owner (Moe) was acknowledging every single person. He treats everyone with the upmost respect and seems to personally get to know his customers on a individual basis. You are not just a customer to him, he makes sure he gets to know you and definitely will go out of his way for you. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing my engagement ring from here 3 years ago and I am still madly in love with my ring personally designed by Moe himself. You can not go wrong by giving this store a chance or even just by stopping by for a second to see what its about. You will be impressed guaranteed and will gain another...
