MJ Diamonds - Fairlane Mall — Attraction in Dearborn

I highly recommend going to the MJ Diamonds in Novi instead of this location. All the ladies here are RUDE and the customer service here is nonexistent. I brought my ring in Monday for a diamond that fell out to be replaced, picked it up yesterday (Saturday evening) and by today, Sunday morning, I noticed that same diamond had fell out again and they didn’t fix it correctly. I had the ring on for probably a total of 2-3 hours. The lady who gave me my ring back was disrespectful and didn't say much to me, when I asked if the jeweler fixed it and also looked to see if all the other diamonds were correctly/securely on the band I got ‘whatever you asked them to do Monday and what they put on this paper was done’ and she walked away. As someone who was going to purchase another piece from this location, I decided to not and take my business to the Novi location where they properly fixed my ring and also know what customer service is. Make sure to double check your jewelry if you get it fixed here- they don’t seem to know how to correctly...

My initial interaction was over the phone, to which there was a miscommunication & I was upset.

Out of the blue, my phone rings and it's Tony from the store. Tony is calling to apologize for the miscommunication that had occurred earlier in the day. I was shocked! Businesses don't do this type of thing anymore...calling to apologize to a customer! Wow!

Tony asked what he could do to make the situation right for me, even going as far as having my item I was looking for, shipped down from one of the other locations so I didn't have to go out of my way. AMAZING!

I picked up my item with ease & was able to meet and personally thank the man that turned my day around, and my vision of his establishment! These guys provide top notch, high quality, excellent customer service...I should know, I'm a Sales Trainer!

My business will now and forever be with Tony...

This place is a rip off I spent 6 grand on a chain I waited forever to get had it for about a couple of weeks now so I decide to wear it and it totally different from the one I put on layaway I was so frustrated when I picked my chain up I just wanted to get it in go that I didn’t notice Toni is a con man I spent a extra 300 when I picked it up because I was tired of them sending me in a circle for my chain so I had to take what they had and my pendant has very small diamonds with silver in the background to look like big diamonds like the one I picked out I’m so disappointed with tony and don’t see how they can get away with ripping people off like this it’s sad and makes me very angry because I work super hard for my money and want what I paid for this has been a...
