❌❌❌❌❌ NO NO NOOOOOO, Horrifying experience!!!! ❌❌❌❌ The most horrible experience I have ever been through in my life I don’t know how people are putting good reviews on here because in reality it’s nothing like the reviews from walk in to the room. It was disgustingly dirty filthy stains on the carpet horrible odour and the so-called general manager Chelsea horrible Customer Service very rude. I found bedbugs and ended up leaving right away booking a different hotel for double the price which I didn’t care about because I was looking for clean comfort safe this place is a dump and it is not for families. When I went back downstairs to the front desk, I showed the gentleman that was there the video and he tried to do a refund for me. He called the general manager after showing her the video he took from my phone to his and she told him that I needed to come back in the morning for my refund Because they can’t do refunds after hours total bologna she gave me a runaround I called and she would tell me she’d call me back three times I ended up calling her back and then she started yelling at me on the phone so ghetto so rude so unprofessional if I was the owner I would fire her on the spot Disgusting Customer Service! She said that she was investigating the room and had professionals come in to take a look at it to see what kind of bugs they were they were obviously bedbugs and she knows that what does it matter? What kind of bugs they were a bug is a bug. I obviously know what bedbugs look like there were live ones and dead ones right under the sheep under the pillow And for a general manager to yell at a customer the way she did is unacceptable. She ignored me and blew me off like I was nothing I paid $142 for garbage! The way I was treated by a so-called general manager was horrifying stressful disgusting. I was told to come in at 9 am because that’s her starting time. I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half. She came in at 10:30 am. Didn’t even greet me with Good customer service she just looked at me up-and-down walked in took her time to get comfortable while she was late for work Came and did something on the computer and told me that she was going to further investigate and give me a refund that was a lie! If you don’t care about cleanness and good customer service go ahead and book this hotel if you’re looking for comfort and a good night sleep with peace and clean no bedbugs do not waste your time money energy on this dump! Read moreThe most horrible and disgusting experience the so-called general manager Chelsea Morton very rude very unprofessional not sure who gave her that title but they need to rethink that from the moment I walked into the hotel to the moment I left which was 10 minutes it was a disgusting experience, the filth on the carpet the stains on the glass the smell from the hallway to the corridors Outside to the lobby walked into the room after getting a key from a machine check-in there wasn’t even anyone at the front desk the key did not work. I went back downstairs and a gentleman came to the desk and gave me keys when I took the keys to go upstairs. I told my family to stay downstairs until I came back so I can see what we are attempting to spend the night in to find bedbugs on the bed I have proof and evidence I went back downstairs and told the gentleman we will not be staying here. I will like my refund please. He took a video from his phone and sent it to Chelsea Morton. She told him for me to come back in the morning so she can refund me only for her to give me the runaround. Read moreRun ! It took over a hour to check in via kiosk. We stood in a cold door way and waited for assistance, they ignored our phone calls ( the calls that were suppose to send assistance) finally answered and told us that calling wasn’t going to make them come help , that we can just cancel or wait. We finally get in the room and the room door was propped open( very sketchy) the heat wasn’t working and our bathroom was filthy as if someone had just used it. We couldn’t even switch rooms because there was no one available to assist us , we were told by the 1800 # to call the front desk at 9am. I called and was told that our night would be refunded due to all of the issues. I had 2 nights booked and I asked for my second night to be canceled due to us not feeling comfortable there. It was canceled and I was told that the manager comes back in a few days and they she would call me to refund the night that we stayed.( I had the front desk write a note and sign it assuring that I’ll be getting refunded when she came into work) I was called and told that it’ll get taken care of. I noticed that it wasn’t refunded I called back and was told that she didn’t refund it because the 2nd night that I canceled was already refunded( I only stated one night) so basically instead of honoring what was told to me , the manager made it seem like since I didn’t stay a second night that was my refund.
