Here's the thing, the beverages are great BUT they have a VERY SERIOUS problem with washing their hands. What I mean is that you have to ASK them to wash their hands before serving you or they'll contaminate EVERYTHING in the kitchen, including the ice, and serve you drain contaminated beverages.
