Absolutely delicious, undoubtedly convenient, and a remedy for a long day. Fit Lyfe Cafe Is what sets Powerhouse Gym Apart from crap big name gyms. Fit Lyfe Cafe in and of itself is the epitome of healthy places to eat and drink smoothies. They have the most delicious smoothies and what really caught my eye was their “Add-on” section where one can add creatine or coconut mct to their smoothie along with many other nutrient/supplement options. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Fit Lyfe café. It's long overdue for Fairlane to have a space that serves nutritious and organic options. This is my space to pickup my favorite snack for work (Skinny Dipped Almonds). Today I had the Detox smoothie and it tasted delicious. It had banana, cucumber, coconut water, ginger, green apple, kale, pineapple, and lemon. I thought the mixture would initially be tart, but it had the nice natural flavor of a crisp apple.
