Absolute gem of a place! Definetly need a place like this in California! A classic Lebanese roastery, with traditional lebanese coffee, and classic lebanese style nescafé! The classic lebanese aesthetic taking us back to Beirut’s golden days! The prices are very fair, the boutique is super chic and above all that the owners Rima and Issam are incredibly friendly and generous. Not only do they have lebanese coffee (fresh coffee- coffee shop in house, chocolates, nougats, dried fruits, spices, and mixed nuts but also olive oil that is fresh sourced directly from Lebanon. They only have the highest quality in all their products. I definitely wish we had this in LA or the Bay area! They’re going to start providing all the mouneh (jams, labne, grape leaves, spices etc) and baked goods soon! It’s a beautiful place in Dearborn and will be back again on my next trip...
Read moreRaouche Roastery is more than just a store, it’s an experience. The store layout takes you through the finest products of the culture, sweets, to nuts, to fresh aromatic herbs and spices, and concludes with fresh coffee at the register; a whole experience. The owners are fantastic and very knowledgeable of their products and will treat you like you’re a dear friend. The beautiful blonde 😉 has great taste and style and decorates everything with a flair. Unfortunately I live 12 hours away, (they do ship) but next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be coming to Raouche for my coffee and sweets and anything else they will have thought up with in the time. It was great meeting you and I wish you all the success! -girls...
Read moreI came in based on all the 5 star reviews and it did not disappoint. I work close and never knew this place existing, it’s kind of tucked to the side in a strip but I’m so glad I found it. First time in and I was lost on where to start or what most of the items even were. I was offered a tour and taste testing. I spent my entire lunch hour there! Tried so many new things that were so unbelievably good, from coffee, to olives, nuts, sweet treats, tea, and much more. Of course I bought a bunch of stuff for snacks and dinner that night. The hospitality made my experience even that much more spectacular. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back! That blood orange tea was to die...
