I have been to the salon 3 times now after not getting pedicures for over 5 years! My first 2 visits were great. The gals who did my feet were very nice. Place always seems very clean. However, my last visit on Aug. 14, when the gal was cutting around my toenail, she literally ripped a piece of my flesh off, I jumped and screeched. It didn't feel good. However, the pedi itself turned out nice. (I still do not understand the pricing, it's definitely not what is advertised). 4 days later, my toe became infected, and cellulitis has set in. I am now on antibiotics. I stated multiple times that my toes are very sensitive, especially with the skin under and around my toenails. There is no other way this infection could have happened. So, as happy as I was the first 2 times, I cannot return after this happened. I'm 10 days out and nicely infected. Sad. Attached the first photo was Saturday, the second is today. OUCH! UPDATE: Here we are nearly 40 days later, and I have to go to a podiatrist as now all of my toes have been peeling, itching and hurting. This is after a 5-day course of antibiotics was given immediately. I am NOT a dirty person and do not work in dirty environments, so I know nothing got into my toes to infect them. I'm not a very happy camper and will now BEG my daughter to NOT go there again! I would give ZERO stars it if it let me. I do not bash businesses, but this has caused me serious pain and could have all been avoided had the nail tech listened to me about my toes, the skin surrounding, and not yanked a chunk of flesh out of my toe. Pardon the pedi appearance, but it's not like I can go get them done or anything...

Tried to get a mani pedi with three friends. Tried to get basic overlay, with minimal damage and deluxe pedi. They didn’t properly scrub my feet, sloppy application of polish and still managed to cut my foot open despite leaving a lot dry skin on my heels. I stopped trying to ask her to fix my pedicure when the lady came over and rudely said to her coworker ā€œI don’t know what she wants, I don’t know how to talk to herā€ in front of me. Then when trying to get my nails, they refused to show me the color of powders they had and still gave me a powder with glitter in it even though I said no glitter. $135 down the drain. Despite getting the same services, we all payed different prices. Nails are ugly and service was bad. My friends nails broke a day and a half later and one came off. Will not be going here again except maybe to give them a chance to correct my nails I already payed for. Edit to add: I got my nails done March 9th. Three popped off by March 16th and I tried to get them to take them off since my set didn’t even last a full week. The woman yelled at me in front of other customers when I was trying to be polite and keep my voice low. She lied saying I got my set over three weeks ago when I did not. I will never go to this place again and don’t recommend you go either especially as a person of color. they have zero customer service skills and scam people out of money by adding random additional charges. This is how they left my nails looking and the rest are still breaking off. Going to pay $50+ again to have my nails fixed.

At this point I completely change my review of this place. Kevin did my toes once and he did a good job, other pedicures have been just ok. After Not being happy with multiple pedicures I decided Never to come back for pedicures, however I got my finger nails done somewhere else and I was ready for them to come off, so I made a same day appointment to have my acrylic nails taken off and that was all. It was a NIGHTMARE of an experience! The lady filed my nails down and then she used a fake nail and Ripped all of my nails off! Yes it was painful and I told her this, she continued anyways, my natural nails were ripped off in the process and are raw. I got a ā€œmanicureā€ and my nails are completely different lengths and look terrible and it’s painful. She also cut my pinky with the cuticle clippers. Ive had this same woman before and there is No way in Hell she is educated or trained in how to actually do nails. When I came home I soaked my fingernails in Clorox bleach and water. It was that bad. And No im Not a germ phobe, it was just that bad It had me worried. NEVER again will I ever come to this place. Believe that bad reviews. The pictures of my nails are of the ā€œmanicureā€ after she ripped my nails off. I took these as soon as I got home from the salon.

I'd give NO stars if I could. The woman assigned to my pedicure was AWFUL! I got a tier 2 pedicure ($43) that included specific products and services. She used the smallest amount of the products that I've ever seen & did almost none of the additional services (didn't massage the scrub and the lotion on). She repeatedly argued with me about the length & shape I wanted my toe nails and the color I chose that would match my fingernails (she chose something other than what I picked and it does not match!). I asked for non-gel, she argued that I should get gel, which I knew was a higher cost (apparently $15) but I got tired of trying to tell her what I wanted. Every question I asked or thing I asked for, she would start yelling at me! I finally told her to stop yelling at me & talk to me with respect because I had a right to ask questions. She continued to yell. All the customers heard all of our interactions. Then she began asking me how I would pay - when I said by card, she told me the tax would be $6 (added to total of $58 = $64 - almost 10%!!!). I told her the tax should not be that high & she said it was actually, tax plus a fee for using a card PLUS A TIP! I told her I'd speak with the manager at the register & she started yelling again saying "You will pay! You will pay!!" I then told her to GET OFF MY FEET because I was done being yelled at & wanted the manager (who had heard everything, by the way). She tried to explain that the lady was often mean but they excused it because "she's old". I let her know this was my first time there and I WOULD NOT be back. She finally agreed to give me $5 off and would let me go to the ATM for cash so I wouldn't have to pay extra, but she had to hold my driver's license - no biggie. I got cash, then manager asked if I could either wait or come back so they could correct the color. I said absolutely not because the old lady kept staring at me like she was going to bite me & I would not spend another 2nd in that salon. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the color changed. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO...

My service was average, no complaint. I have had the same service other places and have also had better services at other places (deluxe pedicure). My daughter's service was absolutely unsatisfactory! She did not get the service she requested of including a massage (just as I did for my service). As her service reach the point of where my daughter should have received a massage (Prior to polishing) my daughter asked about the massage service and the tech told her " I rubbed your legs". My daughter said she thought it would be more than a rub and would like a fuller massage has she thought was ordered as they talked a massage was included and if more I'm a massage was not that she'd be happy to pay additional for it. The tech replied " I rubbed your legs". My daughter replied, " I'll pay extra and upgrade if needed as I would like a massage". The tech nodded her head yes and said okay, I do after I polish your nails. Both me and my daughter were confused. The tech opened the nail polish so my daughter asked her again thinking what was going on here in this conversation, "you'll be able to do the massage after you polish the nails" and the text said "yes". My daughter was a bit confused as I was. So we watched and waited. The tech polished her toes and proceeded to put on the salon shoes. My daughter waite, the tech started cleaning up..... My daughter said I thought I was going to get a massage and the text said it was too late because she had already polished her toes. ? Wait, what, my daughter asked you twice about it. My daughter asked for the manager and of course the manager took her workers side saying it was too late at this point and that my daughter should have spoken up before now. We explained she did, twice in addition to when she ordered the service. The manager said there was nothing she could do. My tech asked me how we were paying... together or separate and I just said together so I can pay for my daughter. Some say we should not have paid for unsatisfied service. I suppose l paid for "a" service AND will...

They are usually really good but my last trip was horrific!

The drill cut me so many times that my nails were hurting afterwards & my big toe on my right foot still hurts when I put shoes on (It's been about 2 weeks)..... I really don't even know what she did. I don't want that experience again so I am kind of scared to go back this time.

I am not sure if I would recommend this place to someone else but if you do go just request Mike. I think that's your safest bet :/

Edit-05/07/2021

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have done everthing BUT gotten better 😠 They have a nail tech there named Jennie and SHE IS AWFUL. For some reason they are choosing to do nothing about it... She is mean, rude, aggressive, will yell at you and won't hesitate to slap your hands if they aren't placed the way she wants them. She is the reason they are loosing customer's & I believe they don't care. I don't know her connection to the shop but I wouldn't be surprised if she was related to a manger there because they will NOT approach her on her wrongdoings AT ALL.

There has been many people that have complained about Jennie and I am sure it comes as no surprise that she is the women that I was talking about above who left my hands in pain after a visit for SNS. I have been a loyal customer and great tipper for 2 years (so have my friends) and we're all leaving honestly because they dont care to misuse you if she's involved even if she's wrong. No business should treat their customers this way. I'd honestly go somewhere else.

This is coming from somone that chooses to stay at places and tips well on purpose. DO NOT go to this SHOP for any of your nail needs!...
