Wingstop — Restaurant in Delhi Township

Only giving this place 1 star because the food is great, but customer service is another thing. Me and my girlfriend been in there plenty of times. The girl there with short hair needs to learn customer service. Some guy was waiting to order in front of us as we had an online order. The girl asked the guy if he ordered online which he didn’t and asked us i said yes, she walked back and came back and said “4 mins on chicken” that’s it. then the dude that was waiting to order she said “what are you ordering” rude as hell. And 2 girls that were waiting for their food were complaining that the girl was being extremely rude and felt bad for the guy who was just trying to order. We dealt with her before when she was rude which we just thought ok maybe she having a bad day but now this is the second time. But let me tell you… once that manger showed up her attitude changed quickly . Another time we were in there 2 workers were arguing so loud and screaming at each other you could hear them while walking back to your car. I know businesses are hard to find workers but damn don’t be rude to the customers who didn’t do anything and just trying to...

This location is a fuster cluck and extremely disorganized. I’ve been here at least weekly since they have opened.

I place my order online and pay online. It typically gives me a ready by time between 20 to 30 minutes.

I arrive and there is only one way in and one way out. It would be more organized with one entrance and one exit. That way people trying to enter and people trying to exit wouldn’t be bumping into each other.

Once you get in there is a plethora of people. However you don’t know who is there in person placing an order, already ordered and waiting for their order, are a delivery driver or there to pick up an online order! There is one cashier and there are several to go orders bagged up and ready to go but there isn’t anyone calling out the orders! When I’m finally able to enquirer about my order, she said there waiting on your fries! I didn’t even order fries! About an hour after I ordered I finally get my order.

Someone needs to alert the franchise order he is being Bamboozled by his manager and employees!

There are NUMEROUS wing places on the west side of Cincinnati.

If this location doesn’t improve I’ll go elsewhere....

PLACE IS TRASH, along with food, the EMPLOYEES (especially upper management, GM specifically) and their attitudes! I’ve given this place MULTIPLE attempts to do right as the location is newer & today was the final straw. The GM is RUDE! After being provided a credit from another manager she came out with an attitude stating the other manager wasn’t there & she knew nothing about my credit. Mind you she didn’t have any of my information to know a potential credit that existed! Her attitude for a GM was completely unwelcoming! To have an attitude for food that has always been trash since it opened is BRAVE if not bold! Fix your food first before you flaunt your attitude around like you’re the finest steak house in Cincinnati. In short when an order is placed it is not what you order at ALL! So cover yourself & check your food before leaving. To wait hours, food still be incorrect & have to deal with attitudes I’ll drive to Madison for food of a little better quality! If NOTHING is else make my own! This place needs closed & thrown in wet old grease the same way their wings taste,...
