I eat Burger King 4 to 5 times a week either from the two Glenway locations or the Delhi location I almost always use the mobile app and double check my order before sending it the Glenway locations get my order right almost every single time and a few times it’s not they fix it. The Delhi location has gotten my past four orders wrong I don’t realize until I get home, so there’s nothing they’ll do about it tonight I turn around and go back through the line when I show Heather that my food did not have barbecue sauce on it I was told I was lying and she tried to charge me for barbecue sauce. she is extremely rude and I will be calling the GM on Monday , and also calling corporate no, Customer should be treated the way I just was for simply asking for the food to be correct

This would be okay to most people but as a former AM with GPS Hospitality Burger King I 1st hand know is a total LIE, cook time is between 3-5 minutes. They asked for the Bacon Swiss Mushroom sandwhich was told that they are out of Mushrooms and swiss chz. Then ordered 4 of the bacon kings was told it would be an 8-10 minute wait they had to cook to order, broiler olny takes less than 3 minutes. LIE # 2. Then the black / brown haored lady manager had me pull to a parking spot at 11:30pm to wait for my order. After dark you are NOT supposed to "pull" NO cars for safety and security reasons. Read moreUsed to come through every morning before work. For the past month or two pretty much every time I come through and ask for a sausage biscuit they say they are out of biscuits. It is usually around 9 am long before lunch changeover. I asked one day why they are always out of biscuits to which the window girl responded that it’s always something they’re holding on. If you’re holding on it you’re not “out” and you should be asking the customer if they would like to wait for it to cook. Now the past two days I come and they have closed signs on their drive thru menu. Even though it says closed someone is in the drive thru anyways this morning.
