Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Delta Charter Township

I stopped twice this week at the new Hobby Lobby store in Lansing. Loni cut vinyl fabric for me and despite several issues with end-of-bolt fabric and just having arrived for her shift, Loni was fantastic! She was friendly, helpful and we were able to troubleshoot and solve a problem with a large project. Later in the week, having successfully completed the project (2 large dog beds to donate) I returned, asked for Loni but she wasn’t on shift yet. I was so disappointed at first but then I met Tressa. You have 2 amazing employees in these ladies. Do everything you can to keep them - Great employees. I use to love going to hobby lobby, but now they have some pretty nasty employees, I was looking around to see if I could find what I needed, and an employee rudely stood at the end of the aisle and yelled “do you need any help finding any specific”?, my bf said no she then asked again and I replied with no we are fine thank you. She walked away then proceeded to come back and rudely say well we are closing, in 1 minute”. This is unacceptable hobby lobby you need to train your employees to treat your customers better, we were gonna buy something but decided not to due to the way we were treated. The store is clean but there were a couple of really rude employees. One was rude to a little girl that found a quarter on the floor and gave it to a cashier. The cashier never said a word to the little girl who looked so proud of herself for doing a good deed. The second was an employee that started to push her way into the area to her register. I say push because my daughter and I were standing in line, facing forward and didn't see her and she certainly never said "excuse me" or any other word. It was 20 minutes to closing so it seemed like they were just rushing us to get out the door. I doubt we will return...
