Hooters — Restaurant in Denham Springs

I love great service — don’t we all? But because I had service that went above and beyond, I felt the need to share my experience. Callie at this Denham Springs location was nothing short of amazing. She was so personal, bubbly spirited, and genuinely helpful. She thoroughly went over the menu, discussing prices, telling us her personal favorites, and making sure our order was perfect. She checked on us several times throughout our dining to ensure we were doing okay and even brought us new beverages before we had the chance to ask for a refill. She was just that attentive. I wish every restaurant had a Callie! After we left, we raved on and on about how great our service was. The food was hot and wonderful as well (so kudos to the kitchen staff), but seriously the experience with such a great waitress made the food 10 times better. Can’t wait to visit again. Hopefully we get her as our waitress each time we return!...

Well last time I went I order traditional wings naked and they were fried so I said u know what I’m gonna look past this plus the girl behind the bar jerks my card out my hand just rude but I was calm so tonight I call in 10 traditional wings mild naked and I get charged for 12 now I’m pissed cause how u mess up my order and I repeated twice cause sounds like she was talking to someone else then I go in to pay she yanks my card out my hand I started to curse her out but I kept my cool I’m starting to think black folks are not welcome to this place cause I get a vibe like everytime I go their why am I here I’ll never go back cause it’s gone turn out bad I’m a hard working citizen and to be disrespected by some who don’t even wanna work is a shame and a shame to who ever hired them cause the managers are...

Cassie was great. There was another girl hanging out on the patio with her boyfriend. I acknowledged if she was working the patio and she said yes. She was sitting outside with her boyfriend tht was drinking a corona. went inside shortly behind the brunette that was having a good time with her boyfriend, and she didn't realize it and asked Cassie to take us because she didn't want to and proceeded right back to her boyfriend. We were very easy to please and work in a restaurant so just seemed kind of lazy to be passed off like that. No Sense in having lazy employees on the clock that choose to sit around.
