Game Exchange of Colorado — Attraction in Denver

Do NOT buy from Game Exchange unless you’re buying a new game that you can take with you. I have had one of the worst customer experiences with trying to get an air hockey table delivered. The first scheduled delivery was moved without any communication. There was never a second delivery time scheduled. When I reached out, no one would respond to my requests.

Finally after hounding them, over a month later I got a refund, but they forgot to refund sales tax back to my credit card. So, now I have to follow up on that portion of what’s owed to me.

All of this with little or no concern about how my experience has been or how they might accommodate an arrangement to fix the issues. I’m really just flabbergasted by the whole experience. I’d be careful to anything that requires follow up. You...

I purchased 2 Cruis N Blast arcade games from these guys. I have never been to the store or met them in person. There store is in Colorado. I live in California. I made a transaction worth nearly $20,000 dollars and they kept there end of the bargain 100%. One of the Games, the trucking company ran a forklift through several times during transport. Game Exchange advised me to reject the shipment and that they would ship another out to me and they did. The whole transaction took longer than I would have expected, however, these are good guys that keep their word. Being that I have never met them in person I am thankful to them for that. This is pinball #3 I have ordered with GEX. Bottom line: they are fantastic. Great communication, fast shipping, generated receipts and documentation almost immediately after the sale, and all the games have been shipped and received within a 1 week time period. These guys kill it, and it is so refreshing to deal with someone that genuinely appreciates their community. When I talk to them, I don't feel like I'm dealing with a sales rep; I feel like I am dealing with a friend.
