This place use to be one of our favorites they have a lot of Delicious things on the menu. my kids and I never drop less than 60.00 here. A few of the non English speaking ladies that work there are very rude and that’s always been a problem, but we chose to look past that because the food was always on point. Well today, I noticed that they are selling the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups so of course I wanted to buy one. They were $20 and I get it and I’m so excited only to realize that the chocolate is not real chocolate not sure what kind of chocolate it is they refuse to tell me, but it tasted like Hershey’s chocolate syrup Mixed with water there were no layers. It was just everything thrown in a cup. It was absolutely disgusting so I took it back up and asked him what kind of chocolate was used. I got a super disrespectful dirty look I now realize that the girl didn’t not even understand what I was saying. I’m bilingual by the way, so I proceeded to explain to her in Spanish that it wasn’t very tasty and I asked her what kind of chocolate was used. She said that it was a special sauce that the manager makes so I asked her if I could either get something else or just get my money back. She said she was not able to give me my money back in one of the rudest tones ever and said she can give me a cup of strawberries that are worth $10 so that’s what I asked to speak with the manager. She came out and was a little bit more nice By that time, I was beyond upset by the customer service, And just all around bad attitude. Definitely not coming back here again, but if you do come here, do not get the strawberry Dubai cup because you will be disappointed. Customer service is everything and if you want to be successful in any business, you need to treat the people who keep you in business with...
English: I was hoping to get an authentic Mexican snack, and even though is announced as that and the name is Spanish, it is not what I expected. The menu and the flavors are not really Mexican. The first thing I ordered was an “elote”, which I did not know that the recipe got PARMESAN cheese (they should announce it as a Mexico-Italian place) and the amount of toppings they put is ridiculous to the price you are paying. The grossest thing I had was a vanilla raspado. This tasted as corn syrup and water, with an awful aftertaste of rancid caramel. I do not recommend this place if you are really looking for good food and an...
In short this place is awful. The worst service we’ve received in the city so far. The sign clearly says have your order ready but doesn’t specify the line starts here or wait here. After seeing these women attend to everyone and their cousins, we finally got their attention and instead of apologizing or attending to us they proceeded to just accuse of for being “out of line”. We then could clearly see them talking about us in Spanish in the back just being plain rude. I don’t know if it’s because my wife is American or just because we looked out of place. But honestly, you should be more welcoming to people of all sorts especially when they speak Spanish and can understand everything...
