Nefer Nails — Attraction in Denver

Will never be going back to this place ! Apparently their dip colors don’t match from the selection of colors THEY tell us to choose from. Once she dipped, color was way off. Tried a different color also wayyy off, she kept insisting of dipping it more then 2x til color was exactly what I wanted. which was a brownish nude... I told her that would make the dip thick and I wanted a natural look very thin. She dipped again new color and wouldn’t let me see because apparently it had to dry. Color ended up being a light purple... whatever I was ok with it. But They came out to be too think. So now shape was off because of thickness. She started getting mad telling me that was the color I wanted WHICH was denefitely NOT. Shape was horrible and she kept telling me it looked Perfectly fine! These people get mad when you try to have something fixed on your nails! WE DO PAY FOR THIS they act like they do it for free! They charge $50 for the dip! And they can’t do THE JOB RIGHT! HORRIBLE SERVICE, she didn’t do my cuticles...

Terrible job done. Said they had availability, guess to them that means switching between 4 customers at once, never washing their hands or tools between customers. Asked for tips and she filed my real nail down to nothing and when I asked for tips again, she claimed it was "too late" despite nothing besides acetone burns being done yet. Couldn't shape the nail at all, nails were uneven lengths, didn't apply polish to the sides of the nail and the coats that were applied were streaky. Didn't smooth the top of the nail and when I complained she cared even less to have any pride in her work. Couldn't (wasn't allowed) to leave without paying for a terrible job. Their only solution? Ive never had a bad experience going here my mom and i. Until today my mom came into get her nails done for a vacation and she showed this younger girl ( ive never seen her work there before) a picture of what she wanted. Red nails with glitter. At the end of it she told my mom to go dry her nails (WITHOUT HER APPLYING THE GLITTER FOR MY MOM) my mom asks ( thinking she may have forgot) arent you going to put glitter and she starts yelling at my mom saying she didnt tell her but she did she yelled at her and started speaking in chinese being VERY VERY VERY RUDE. In front of everyone. It made me so mad and i dont think they should have someone so unproffesional working there. She wasnt even sorry for her behavior. Thing is ; if youre going to be a b** dont work...
