If it wasn’t for the player appearances, I honestly don’t know how this place would stay in business. The owners are very unprofessional (as you can tell by reading their reply’s on the negative posts). They are in the business of customer service and satisfaction, yet they don’t know how to succeed in doing so. Many times I’ve seen the owner comment about how “annoyed” he is with what customers say or do on his Facebook posts. Newsflash, if it wasn’t for your customers you wouldn’t be living the life you are now. Winning the Stanley cup has been one of the most glorious things for Blues fans to have ever happen. It brought not only our fans together but our community. You made bank off of that, which isn’t wrong, but getting annoyed by mass amounts of people asking similar questions is entirely an issue you have created. I went to the store a couple times to ask about a certain player signing for my daughter and each time I was told “he’ll be here soon”. Eventually we gave up on waiting. I understand that these players have lives outside of their work, but promising something you can’t provide is very underwhelming. Especially to children. We have gone to one signing this summer, unfortunately for the amount we paid it was very disorganized and the “restrictions” were ridiculous. We basically had enough time to get the signature and go. But I guess that’s the best way to get the most money out of it, is to oversell and rush your customers out the door. I left this anonymous so that way if they do a signing with her player I can still come without being scrutinized over my bad review.
R&R, the only suggestion I can give to you is to listen to your own words. Value your customers and their money, and learn better customer...
Read moreI happened to see one of my all-time favorite hockey players on a flight back from Dallas some years back. I wrestled with the idea of approaching him for an autograph. We were on the tarmac, waiting to head on the gate, and I decided to ask him then and there. I knew I would regret it otherwise. Despite the stink eye I got from the lady next to him, Al MacInnis was super cool and very gracious. I got a personalized autograph and walked away ecstatic. The reason for the back story is that I wanted to frame and display the autograph and accompanied photo with the rest of the Blues memorabilia in my home office. I first tried to do this myself and it was bad. And by bad, I mean trash. I found Fan Cave Sports through a random search and decided to head up there. Joey was helpful from the start. He listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was looking for. He also went out of his way to share a photo of the finished product before I agreed to pick it up. In the end, they were able to take something that had sentimental value and make it look exceptional. I’m very happy with how the display turned out, the attention that was given to my project, and the overall service. I’ll definitely do business...
Read moreCouldn't have had a better experience!! My 7 year old did a lot of chores to earn a trip here. Upon arriving, he pulled on the door, which was locked because we were an hour and a half early for opening. He started walking back towards the car with tears in his eyes, but just in time for the owners to see him through the glass. We were waved down to be let in. He said he couldn't let that little boy walk away from his store looking like that! They kindly let us explore the store as they continued working on their livestream show in the other room. They often popped over to check on us and helped my son find the football players he came in search of. The whole situation even inspired a fellow live-streamer on their show to kindly purchase a blaster box of cards for my son! The owners were so kind and really left an impression on my son. He has said to me multiple times "Those people are SO nice." They have our business indefinitely. Thank you for making...
