Went with my wife to fish about 2 hours before sunset. Found a wall that would be great with live shrimp. From this location, if you look left a small public beach can be seen. The rock jetty is located on the far end of that beach. I have not been back yet with enough daylight to fish lures and jigs, but it looks very promising. I live in Pensacola, but this area seems worth the hour drive, even though I have found a few productive sites 10 min from my house.
