HarborWalk Marina — Attraction in Destin

High traffic area. People don't obey the no wake zone. Every 15 minutes a massive tour boat comes buy and blows the horn at Harry T's. On Thursday's, Harry T' has Kareoke into midnight. So loud and the worst screaming i have ever heard. $150 a night and my boat got beat up. The dock is high and it's difficult to tie off. There's no cleats on the dock itself, only on the posts about 6 to 7 ft above the water line. There's no boards to put bumpers on at the dock, they boarded on the inside of the posts instead of the outside... they do that everywhere. Terrible design and no one seems to care to do better. I had to share a hose with my neighbor who actually fixed it himself. It took a day to actually get shore power. We were supposed to have access to the spa showers which closed at 5. We went at 4:45 and they said it was too late. Then the next day we went at 4pm. We waited 15 minutes while the lady was on the phone. Then she told us they were closing early. I ended up buying an inline propane hot water heater, strapped it to my boat and showered in the bay. The rest rooms are public restrooms... they're for everyone. The marina doesn't have dedicated rest rooms. The pump out was the worst. The dock is about 10 ft above the water line. The cleats are even higher on the posts. Ihad to do the splits, hanging off a ladder trying to pump out my boat. Got sprayed full of sewerage. Its the dumbest setup i have ever seen. Parking is a mess. There's definitely no place to park a boat trailer. The destin boat ramp is in really poor condition and tiny. My trailer scrapes the ground because the ramp is so short. The boat doesn't come out straight because the ramp is not level left to right. It's so uneven that the left side of my boat hit the trailer wheel well. Some teenager kept trying to grab my boat with a massive metal hook with no padding on it. It's ansurd actually. Not sure why the locals don't get in there and fix it. Destin is great, pity about the set-up. The only good part is the lady that owns the storage place right next to the marina. Great place to leave your trailer but very expensive for what it is.

Wont be coming back to this marina or the ramp. It was terrible and definitely not relaxing.

Loved destin. The views, people, beaches, fishing, ... all great. Boating amenities are really third world compared to pretty much everywhere else I've been... including third...

My girlfriend and I went to spend a nice romantic day looking at the dolphins on the dolphin boat ride. When that was rudely taken away from us due to the fact that we were three minutes late arriving to our 4:00 ride.. even after calling in advance and asking if we could get there later and the employee Alana told us we could. Then after arriving and paying a $20 parking fee (we didn’t know of) and trying to find parking (which is impossible here) they told us the boat was gone and the captain left without us at 4:00. After talking to the employees they said we could wait for the next boat at 6:30 and pay another fee on top of what we already paid. In which we waited and were very disappointed. We called again and they told us all 150 people had gotten there already (15min before) and that can’t let us on that day or any other day and they wouldn’t give us a refund. You are only allowed to cancel 24hrs prior to scheduling, but we booked this the very day off. We also asked to speak to hire up and they said the manager was “out for the weekend”. I will never be coming here again,...

I am writing to formally file a complaint about a disturbing incident that occurred on January 21 around 2:00 PM during my visit. After a minor issue involving another jet ski, I was approached by a member of your security team who immediately became hostile.

Rather than attempting to understand the situation, he escalated things by threatening me and stating that I was banned from returning for the next year. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I am including a photo of this individual, since he would not identify himself.

What was even more troubling was the discriminatory tone and attitude he displayed toward me after realizing I am Jewish. His behavior and remarks were clearly biased and inappropriate, making me feel targeted because of my religion. This is completely unacceptable.

I am requesting a full review of...
