Henry Ford Hospital Parking & Valet — Attraction in Detroit

TERRIBLE! I was very Ill this day, just released two days prior. I came to have some Labs taken, so being ill and alone I valet parked my car. Upon returning to picl car up, there is a very small sign that says cash only, written on a card board box, taped to the bottom of the glass, again I came to the hospital because I am sick!!!!!! I was alone, could'nt walk. Needless to say I had to walk to the back of the hospital, to ATM to get $4.00 that cost me $23.00. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT EVERY PARKING ATTENDED TELL EACH DRIVER THAT THIS SERVICE IS CASH ONLY! PLEASE GET SOME KIND OF APP FOR CC CARDS. PLEASE REMOVE THE TACKY CUT OUT CARDBOARD STUCK IN THE WINDOW.. THAT STATES CASH ONLY IN SMALL LETTERING, AND SHOW SOME KIND OF APPRECIATION THAT PATIENTS ARE USING YOUR SERVICE.. i had to give you are star to be posted. Went to the pharmacy for curbside p/u I gave 1 ⭐ because the folks on the afternoon shift are nasty, rude and unprofessional. Please don't answer the phone and tell me " Well it's gonna be 25 mins because we don't have enough people and we're real busy but you can come in here" You being understaffed is not my concern , don't tell me I can come in I already know this, this is a service you decided to provide, and if I was physically able to come in do you really think I would cross my fingers while I'm dialing hoping that this isn't the day that I go off on the person on the other end as they're whining like a spoiled kid who doesn't want to do any chores and when they do have to they act nasty to any and everybody. The day shift people are polite and professional, but the afternoon...

The staff is pleasent, but the system they have is not very well thought through. When it gets busy they seem confused, or running scattered. I have timea where I was stuck in the valet lane (you get blocked in by a cement barrier). An waited for almost 30 minutes to even get a ticket. I watch them run back and forth I stead of taking the cars to the lot and them bring back another car. I also had to wait at least 30 minutes to get my car. Again I give it three stars because of the staff, always smiling and friendly. If they weren't the it be closer to 1 star. Last thing, the price is reasonable, and they do allow you to leave and come back the same day without...
