Just so y'all know, when I used to work there, once during my shift I had to run to the bathroom and vomit profusely. I felt like I had the stomach flu and probably did. When I told my manager I was vomiting in the batthroom and needed to go home before I made anyone else sick my boss with daggers in her eyes accused me of making it up to leave early and said she couldn't believe I was "doing this to her". She made me feel like my job was on the line if I didn't continue slinging joe and making bragels for unsuspecting customers. I insisted I could not in good conscience continue preparing food for people in a hospital while sick myself with probable norovirus, & left. They are literally more concerned about getting your dollar than not infecting you with a contagious pathogen. Honestly though, it was the violations of labor law that led me to quit not long after this incident. You couldn't pay me to eat there. When I complained about my fellow employees ignoring health and sanitation protocols, both of my managers treated me like a troublemaker rather than someone with legitimate...

If it was an option it would be no stars! They are usually always rude, dismissive! Some drinks can come multiple ways and they never give the options. For someone like myself, I am not a frequent coffee drinker, so I feel like it would be not only informative but polite to let someone know what their options are. I ordered someone something today and didn't know it came a few different ways, the young lady prepared it hot and I told her that I wanted it cold and I was under the assumption that she was going to remake it or if there was an extra charge, she would have told me. Instead, I waited an extra 7-10 minutes and had to ask if it would be made again, only to be told that it was extra and that I would to be rang up again. This place has bad service, if you want snotty employees that charge you extra for something you asked for in the first place, this would be the place. When I ordered I asked for the 16oz signature iced coffee and the ham and cheese bragel combo for $9. They gave me a cream cheese bagel and I wasn’t upset at all but when I asked about it they seemed bothered said I asked for that. Then told me if I wanted what I originally ordered I’d have to pay $2.20 extra. Now I don’t even like cream cheese and bagels like that, but I was already so hungry and I wasn’t about to eat just cream cheese and a bagel so I paid it. And here’s the real upsetting part, I was still trying to be cool with it but when my food was given to me it was with a damn attitude.
