Jamil is hands-down the best you got here the respect I was shown tonight and the concern and consideration for what happened yesterday when my husband tried to bring my little five year-old he showed up a half an hour before the place closed and we did not know that they switched to only debit card and my husband unfortunately only had a 50 and my membership must’ve expired so the little boy came home crying to me. There was only 25 minutes left. You could’ve easily allowed him to play you don’t send a five-year-old crying and when I explained to Jamil what happened last night, which was Sunday night a half an hour before close he was as upset as if it happened to his own child and I totally respected that the end of the story is I wound up paying my $30 and restarted my membership and fixed it which I’ve had since this place started and he was eager to show us a happy good time to make up for the sad ridiculous way he was treated the night prior. I get it. Nothing is free in this world and I don’t expect it to be but when it comes to a little child, you just don’t do something like that you do not do that. You know this place does not have nearly the revenue that it had years ago. You don’t wanna start giving it a bad reputation for that type of behavior. There’s too many good times and good employees for a bad egg to just act so selfish it’s like bro the money isn’t coming out of your pocket. You don’t send a little kid Home especially this kid is almost 6 years old. He’s been here since he was able to jump and his older brothers are 18 and 13. They’ve been here since the place opened originally seven years ago or maybe not that long. I’m not sure I’m not much of a liar so I try to always keep it real in life. Just be humble. I’m not sure the name of the manager who did that to My Son last night but that...
Read moreIf I could give no starts I would. Booked my daughters party for 10 people. Got told when booking that if all 10 didn’t show I’d get refunded for whoever didn’t show. Come the end of the party 4 people didn’t show, which I then got told that I could only get vip passes for (had to be 5 people that didn’t show to get the refund) mind you that’s $35 a person which comes to $140 I should’ve been giving back like I was told at the beginning. Had to go and remind the workers of when we were suppose to go into the party room being they only give an hour and it was 5-10 mins after 5 when they were suppose to announce on the speaker for us to come to the room at 5. I called Wednesday to add pizza onto the party. Wifi was down that day so they couldn’t update in the system but the MANAGER I spoke to said they wrote down 3 extra trays and what my new total was. Getting ready to eat and it was NEVER added. They’re also suppose to supply utensils and the knife to cut the cake which they didn’t supply us in the room. There was an empty utensils box and they ran out of cake cutters. Ended up having to use the cake box to cut the cake. Everything is said and done everyone leaves and on my way home I’m going through everything I should’ve gotten with the package I bought. They never gave my daughter her free T-shirt, Bluetooth speaker, or water with stickers. Only thing I ended up being fixed out of this whole shi** show was a 10% discount. Mind you I paid around $370 for this and ALL of this went wrong. Will NEVER have another birthday there again. Thank god my daughters friends parents kinda just laughed if off, but by far beyond embarrassing. Kids loved the jumping which is about the only good thing I could say. Really thought it would’ve been better service for...
Read moreIt took a little time for my 2 1/2 year old to warm up to this place, but he did have some fun for the last 15 minutes or so of his jump time.
Overall, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and well decorated. The atmosphere is energetic, fun, and not too crazy in spite of there being at least one birthday party going on.
Other Positives: The layout of the facility is very open and visible, which makes it easier to keep track of your children. Additionally, unlike other trampoline parks we've been to, this one does not strictly segregate by age. There is a reserved area for 6 and under, but outside of that, it's 'participate at your own risk'.
Areas for Improvement: No one greeting as you walk in. As a first timer, I had to follow signs to go sign my waivers at an automated kiosk which is in the opposite direction from the main counter. It would be wise to have a friendly face directing visitors.
The Waiver: The waiver supposedly releases the facility from liability for injuries even if THEY are the ones who are negligent or at fault. This type of waiver is becoming commonplace, but it's insulting and hopefully it would never hold up.
Volume: It was quite loud in certain areas - making it difficult to converse with fellow adults. I'd imagine that many parents enjoy letting their kids loose in a safe environment so they're free to catch up with friends/relatives. It was simply too loud in many areas for this. It was particularly difficult to converse with the staff at the front counter of all places.
If it weren't for the Summer Pass, we likely would not go back often. The price for one hour is a bit high compared to other indoor play areas. The summer pass is an excellent value that makes repeat visits...
