Not only is customer service only open until 6:30pm online-never heard of that before ā¦customer service is supposed to be 24/7. Aside from that, I received my entire $200 order IN SHAMBLES yarn broken twisted, knotted. I literally ordered transfer sheets, singular transfer sheets⦠THEY ARRIVED STUCK TOGETHER & DUCT TAPED TO THE BOX HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO USE THAT AS A PROFESIONAL??? Iām so BEYONDDDDDD flustered. This was my first time signing up for the credit card boy should I have known it wouldāve been a disaster! I order before Labor Dayā¦. Estimated shipping was sep-3-6⦠I got my order THE 10th was extremely late to complete my projects, had customers cancel on me due to this. No apology for ābusy time of yearā could make up for that. Iām missing multiple skeins of yarn with no replacement and NO REFUND!!!!! you really shouldnāt be aloud to leave reviews when you donāt speak to an agent, because now I get to be Aggravated until their on the clock and you can bet your butt Iām leaving a google review right here, & contacting cooperate. Totally Karen moment and idec. My items were just thrown together uncaringly, ruined, destroyed even. Half I canāt use, other half idk what it even is, other is missing and say delivered⦠ordered $400 in products mostly skeins of yarn, before vouchers and discounts⦠I expect my order to be handled as such! This wasnāt a $20 order! So blatantly disrespectful for you to advertise such prompt customer shipping care, prompt shipping and it come extremely late, no heads up & not even get my order correct aside from throwing it together like a TODDLER! what I received is usually what you see in their dumpster out back. (My mom was a prior employee so I def got to see what messed up stuff got thrown out) Iām so floored and contemplating canceling this credit line, & never returning. I canāt believe you really let employees ruin your credibility like this. This will most likely be my first and last ever big order with you guys. My supply vs demand is high for the things I create I donāt have time to waste making sure a company gets my order right and ships it normal non damaged! Thatās their job! I canāt tell you how many long term customers of mine canceled on me. I was supposed to be making wedding dresses, babyās first outfit, my cousin gave birth the 4th I was hoping to have the outfit to the hospital by the 6th when it said it would be delivered but nope. So much more to say, idk how to even express the words. This used to be my go to⦠surely going down hill. Any Recommendations for new places for yarn? I had walked in trying to get supplies for my art class this semester in college. I needed to find canvases, and since Iām a short person, I couldnāt see on the top shelf. I looked everywhere I saw canvases and couldnāt find the size I needed. so, I went up front to ask one of the clerks. Angel was one of the clerks up there, and I had asked for a moment of her time. When she asked me what I needed and I told her, I got a snippy response of where it would be and a dismissive wave off. I told her I checked there before and did not find what I needed. She finished her prior task and slammed down the store iPad on the register countertop. She couldnāt figure out the system, and I didnāt mind waiting. I told her to take her time, and she paged over another clerk. The , she says to the clerk, āMiss Suzy Q, her highness, needs to find something.ā I had done nothing up to this point that would have constituted a rude statement. The other clerk helps her and as sheās searching, she makes offhand remarks such as āI have such a big lineā when it was just the three of us up front, and āI dont have time for this.ā I decided enough was enough, I didnāt need all of these rude comments, so I said to her ādont worry about it.ā and found someone a lot nicer and more willing to help me.
When I had been rung up, I believe the manager checked me out and apologized for Angelās behavior, and I replied with āI didnāt want to stand there and take itā all because Angel was upset with the company and management. Poor customer service. I normally like shopping here, and didnāt want to go anywhere else because of the nice buy one, get one free sale on the canvases. Iāll never check out with Angel...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the store on Saturday march 29th my daughter looked on the website and the shirt she needed was in the store at a quantity of 5 we went to the store looked and couldn't find what she was looking for we went to wait in line at the main register this was around 5pm and the girl working the register was carrying on a conversation with someone she knew and yelled back to myslef and another women that that's why there is self checkout I explained what we were looking for and it said it was in store she then yells the website lies and didn't even offer to check and continues to talk to this other girl I went back to the frame dept and found a very nice man named Chris he was helping someone but offered to help myslef and my daughter he was so helpful and kind and he looked up what we needed went back and found the shirt in the back that my daughter needed and he didn't have to do that he was absolutely amazing and did not have to do that but he took 5 min to help us as I walked out of the store I let the girl at the register who was coming in from outside leaving the store In the front unattended that the nice man in the frame dept helped and her the website lies didn't work and she was very rude and responded with good whatever and I have worked retail for 20yrs I would never speak to a customer the way she did to myslef and my daughter I would hope that someone from management sees this and realizes I will not be shopping at this store anymore because of that nasty employee but bless Chris he is amazing and held the entire store down while this other girl was rude nasty and left the store unattended sad especially with these times I would hope that she understands her entitled lazy attitude is awful and it cost absolutely...
