I’ve been to f21 and always had a great experience but this last one is making me change nail salons. I got a girl named Jani I told her I like simple nails and what color I wanted and while she was doing them she said it was too simple n made a face like she ddnt like them to change the style to smtg she wanted and I was like okay let’s try that style. While she was doing one finger I tried to look to see if I like it and she said no to let her work not letting me say my opinion. She ended up doing all of them the way she liked. When she finished she asked if I liked them I was like not really and she got offended so then i said I liked it a bit cuz she wasn’t done and I ddnt want the pedi to come out bad. While doing the pedi I guess she was mad cuz she would just grab my feet and try to do everything quickly it lasted like less then 5 min just to get me out of there. She even asked me if I had cut my own nails and I was like I tried n she said that I did such a terrible job at it. In the end she charged me more for the extra design and I left bleeding from my toes and fingers from how aggressive she was cutting my cuticles. It was 100$ for that...
Read moreYou get what you pay for. I came in as a walk in and had limited time to get to work, so although I am satisfied with the amount of time that it took to finish the mani pedi, the product quality is terrible. My pedi was done first, with my nail tech stating various times that the polish would dry slowly and I wouldn’t be able to wear closed shoes for 2-3 days. I’ve never had regular polish take 2 days to dry but I took my chances. We moved on to my manicure (which looks a lot better) and by the time I was getting ready to leave I noticed that the polish on my toes started bubbling and had changed colors. I brought it up to my nail techs attention and she threw on a different top coat with has now dried with a milky/maybe matte finish. It is $5 to upgrade to OPI, but given the fact that I’ve never had issues like this with DND, I wouldn’t trust that they’re not mixing a different brand in the bottle. The work is efficient, but I’d only come back bringing...
Read moreMy nails look pretty good, but the way it took more than 2 hours to finish is crazy. On top of that, I was charged extra to remove my gel and extra for a specific color, which I didn't know about until I was paying. She told me she thought I knew and I said "no, I didn't," but it made no difference. She didn't remove the charge. Plus, whenever you get your nails done at a location, the removal of your gel is ALWAYS included. Now, if I were to only want to remove my gel and not do my nails with them, then I would understand being charged extra. I spent way more than expected, which is very disappointing. Also, nobody speaks English, so I had a difficult time communicating. My nail tech was very nice and all, but in some way, she didn't do her job in explaining certain things to...
