Ok so i wanted to give them a good review because of the good time the kids did have for the little bit of time it was used but i jst cant give them good reviews. I rented the mickey mouse clubhouse bounce house from 12pm to 5 pm. The guys got there on time well they really got there 2 hours before time but they came back quickly and set up the bounce house. The guest didnt show up til like an hour after the guys left but only 3 kids were there and one was a baby when the thing began to deflate. It became unstable and unsafe for the kids so it was not being used. I called the guys and they came back to fix it mind you that its been 2 hours plus that the thing could not be used but finally it was up and running and the kids enjoyed themselves. Most kids left early cus they had other parties to get to so i called the guys and had them pick it up they came a little after 4pm. When i asked if there could be any form of reinbursment due to it not working they said i had to speak with the manager Christopher. So obviously they are all about money, it started when they got there and asked for the balance and it was more than the balance i was given but he called his boss amd they waived it because it was not the same as the one i was given. Then i began to call the day after the party and no answer i continued to call and no answer til 5 days later finally i contact Christopher. When i told him the issue he pretty much told me theres nothing he can do because the thing malfunctioned. I paid $280 for something that worked for half of the time and was still picked up early. This is completely ridiculous and they dont deserve a good review. I will never reccomend them to anyone and i hope people do research and read those reviews they have bad ones...

Happy Party Rental servicing the Miami/Broward areas is more like Party Rental DUMP! I hired them for an event and they were the most irresponsible, rude, unprofessional company there is! The day of the event they not only showed up over an hour late but didn't even bother to give a courtesy call. The inflatable was filthy, dirty and even had someone's old disgusting band aid stuck to it because they obviously don't bother to clean there equipment after each use. I refused to sign the delivery paper work due to Happy Party Rental not fulfilling the agreement but was promised and guaranteed by Chris the attendee that they would "reimburse" me the following business day. Due to being reassured that they were going to take responsibility for there lateness I signed the paperwork. Come the following day everything they promised was thrown out the window. They refused to partially refund me back my money and be anything but helpful. The same attendee Chris mocked me, gave attitude pretended what happened the day of the event didn't happen to cover themselves. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused to transfer my call and tell me too bad there's nothing they can do. Happy Party Rental refused to do the right thing in partially giving my money back for the services that I had paid for and didn't receive. Don't be another...

I asked for quote, good price, was excited about them until I ran into a picture on their site of the Minnie Mouse character with bare arms. At point I had sent credit card authorization but haven't sign contract. I started doing research and read all the bad reviews. I decided to call them and let them know that I was hesitant to proceed because of the bad rep. They ensured me that they have made changes and everything was going to be o.k. I got busy and didn't send signed agreement that day. The next day I noticed a charge on my credit card for the full amount of quoted service. I emailed them asking why they charge my card without me signing an agreement and not a deposit but full amount. They indicated that they charge my card because I sent the authorization with full amount. So they won't follow their own process and make mistakes on their favor. I told them that I should have never been charge and to cancel and reimburse me. They kept responding to call them. I don't need to talk to anyone, I want to "cancel" quote because I never signed an agreement; why the heck I need to talk to someone, its in writing, give me my money back. It has been a week and nothing, at this point I'm getting my bank involve. This is a very dishonest business...
