Very unpleasant employees... I have encountered only two polite employees working there-on the rare occasion I even shop there; to give them yet again, another chance. I enjoy going with my sister who tends to be a frequent shopper but who has also had several similar experiences. Customer service is not a top priority there for most of the staff. They are absolutely not what this type of business needs for this community. I was very upset with the demeanor of one in particular who thought it was okay to treat me with total disrespect. I do believe the lack of maturity played a huge role in her attitude. I rarely go in there and when I do the staff looks very miserable and continuously is not very welcoming. This business needs more staff who will and have the desire to create a positive shopping experience for every customer. It is important to remember each customer comes in with different needs, backgrounds, and culture. For there to be an employee working there who scrutinizes is doing the business and community a total disservice. They need to look into how the Salisbury MD's Kid to Kid runs their business! Same concept yet better staff and atmosphere when shopping! Yes, there's tax but I would rather pay the tax than deal with the most unprofessional employees I have ever met! Read moreVery rarely do I leave reviews but I’m honestly disappointed. I brought in a fisher price musical lion walker and a bag of clothes yesterday. When I came in to pick it up first they couldn’t find my pickup. They tried to give me someone else’s named Melissa but I continued to state my name and show my ID. Once it was found I was told they could only accept the walker they felt the clothes were to dated. I said okay that was perfect collected my fifteen dollars and left. This morning I went through my bag to see what I was giving to goodwill and about half of my daughters clothes were missing? Things with tags, some t shirts and a pair of pants. So I’m confused on where the clothes are??? I hope this was an honest mistake. I think they were going through multiple bins and possibly my daughters things were mixed in? If that’s the case there definitely needs to be better organization when going through peoples items and possibly more training. We’re not strapped for cash it’s always nice to make a few dollars back on baby items but imagine if a mom was? Bad customer service ,rude staff ,lady at the front the rudest who does not want to do her job and very unprofessional behavior towards customers. If the management or Head office would take note of this and do something about this would be great. The lady at the front does not want to work there , has a rude face and treats customets with disrespect .She better get another job. Soon this place will be out of business. Its because of the customers these people make money but the rude behavior with which way they treat thier customers is unpardonable . The main thing is they don't want to serve anyone just disrespect customers and treat them badly. I will never go to this location ever again. I rather throw my stuff in the trash than go to this ungrateful God forsaken place. They simply refuse to do thier job just return stuff you bring to sell even if there is no problem with your stuff they will give vague reasons.
