Sleep Number — Hotel in Dover

Got a bed here a like 2.5 years ago . N now the air chamber is deflating. When I got the bed the sale person told me that if that would happen it would be replace at no cost . Now when I call in they are telling there is a charge of $560 plus shipping to replace it . When explaining to the case manager that was not that I was told by the sale person , she became rude n loud . When I asked her to get a corp complaint number or her supervisor. She just became more loud & rube . Then she would mute her self for a few minutes, ( maybe hoping I would just disconnect the call. She told me to just go back to the store . When I explained the store had told me to call them , she just wanted to end the call . At this store I went in and explained my situation and they told me yes the sales person lied but we can do anything about it . Just to go back n call the 800 . So my suggestion is dont buy from this store , dont buy the bed cause it not high quality as they claim , cs is non existent. They seem only to smile n false promises till they have your $$. Even so it seem that the deflating bed is an on going issue with then . They dont seem to want to address the issue when customers contact them . So even call after they left a response on my review . Update to my original review . N again I cannot recommend this product or company to any one . Was shopping on line looking at beds. Came across sleep #. Was requested to input my information for discount offer. Immediately received call from sleep number. Was not pleased they called. I was only trying to price stuff out and gathering information why wife was not home. Then received a text with contact information. So started to text and had amazing service through text with the information given. I then replied to give me a call when available. She called within 5 mins of requested. The phone conversation was even better then the texting. Arranged for day to come in to see products. Decided last minute to come a day earlier cause other plans was cancelled. Texted to make sure Laurie was there beings that's who I arranged everything with. She was so all worked out in our favor. The interactions with Laurie and store manager was above amazing. Made the wife and I very comfortable and our time and needs was more important then there $ signs on sale transactions. They were knowledgeable without being pushy, and it was clearly an extraordinary experience from our family’s point of view from beginning to end.
