Seasons Pizza — Restaurant in Dover

I was excited to see a seasons so close to me! I loved the one in Newark but not enough to drive an hour. Owner was really nice and patient while I was looking at the menu. I liked the sauce on the wings and he recommended that I get a medium pizza instead of personal cus it was cheaper for what I was ordering. I really enjoyed the food and inside was clean. Kinda odd that they don't have much of a soda selection. I didn't really care cus I don't drink it much but that day I was really in the mood for hot pizza and cold soda like Dr pepper or sierra mist but I had to get lemonade instead cus that's the only thing I would have really liked to drink. Maybe I was rushing and didn't get a good look at the selection. You can see that it's mostly coke products tho. Maybe I could have got a sprite.

Idk why people are complaining about the pizza. I thought it was good and would go back for more. Chicken was a bit dry and the bathroom didn't have barely any tp left but I told the manager and they took care of it. I didn't blame them because it was mostly males and I'm a women so I doubt they are going in there often lol. I think the prices are a bit high but I'm not mad about the amount of food or quality for the cost but a bit cheaper would have been nice. I think it was 20$ for small wing bites, medium pizza, and a minute maid lemonade. Idk if that's normal. I guess not too bad for what I ordered but that stuff was just for me lol. I had left overs atleast. Also I think I lost my debit card there? It was the last place I used it at and it might have fell out of my wallet but it was lost for a whole day and there were no charges on it so I can atleast say I think they are...

UPDATED: I can't even see when I wrote the initial review. Since then, they've gone downhill. They suck. There is no good pizza place in Dover that I've tried YET, but Seasons was at least do-able. They no longer listen. Ask what I want it cut in? I always say 16 since it's easier for the small child in the house. What do I receive lately? 8 cut. Today 5/1/24 I received a pizza FORTY FIVE minutes after it was due to arrive.. so you can only imagine it is NOT hot, not even properly warm. I literally live 3 miles from Seasons. 8 cut was received, not 16. The pizza, it is clear, was either haphazardly placed in the box and/or in the backseat of the delivery driver's car. It was smooshed. Literally asked for half peperoni.. imagine getting your pizza with peperoni in random spots around the pizza because it was clearly sliding all about at some point with the way the cheese looks. It's insane. I'm tired of giving chances and being understanding. That cant last forever. Today is absolutely the last time I'm ordering from them. Mod pizza literally does a better job.. imagine that!

They're pretty good. The only dislike I have is that I have to buy extra sides of hotsauce for my wings because they legitimately barely put any on. It's more like hot flavored wings, versus traditional wings half drowning in hot sauce lol. I have got it with legit NO sauce in the container but the wings/wing bites tasted as if they had possibly tossed them in it. They should fix that IMO. But it is the better of pizza places I've had so far in...

Terrible. We went in on Saturday to get pizza and they offered "thick crust or thin crust". We opted for the thin crust. Pizza was ok. Went to order online and the options were "New York style" or "ultra thin crust". No other option. We wanted the same pizza, ordered the thin crust thinking it would be the same as we got on Saturday. Ended up with a pizza that's the thickness of a slice of paper and was disgusting. Called to talk to owner or manager, and the person who answered the phone refused to make it right. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN, they do not care about their customers. Terrible customer service and awful pizza that refused to make right on. I asked to speak to owner and they refused, then offered to give us one pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas!!! They refused the refund as well. I asked for owner to call me and they refused to take my information for the owner to call me. You lost a customer, hope it was worth stealing...
