Original Review: sometimes joke about Qdoba giving you food poisoning. Today I may have witnessed why. I go in to pick up a bowl for my kid. The person behind the counter has on gloves. She takes money from the ppl in front of me. Then reaches into the lettuce and puts the lettuce in my bowl with the other items I chose. I wasn't sure if I had missed something so I asked her if she just put her hand in the lettuce and put it in my food after taking that customers money with the same gloved hand. She hesitated a second, said yes and then asked if I would like the bowl remade. I said yes and looked around noting that other customers were looking at the lettuce like they were now afraid of it. Long story short the employee behaved as if it wasn't a big deal, then couldn't remake the bowl the way it was before because they were out of the protein I chose and none would be ready for awhile. I chose other toppings while remembering that she was the same employee from the night before that prepped food in a sloppy careless manner and complained about her pay. As she was finishing my order tonight she started complaining about how she wanted to go on break and started fussing with another employee. I get that she may not like her job but why should the customers be punished for that. Go get a different job! This place is a zoo. I googled Qdoba and food poisoning and got a rude awakening. Trust me. Just go somewhere else.
Update: I told my family what happened and they dont want to eat the food. And i cant blame them. They pointed out something i was too pissed to think about in the moment. The employees did not change the contaminated lettuce container and probably have been putting their dirty unwashed hands in other containers all day. How are we to know? So now we are throwing away what i paid for. I want my money back but blame myself because i should have walked out as soon as i saw what she did. I just couldn't believe she did it. Like right in front of customers. They caught me slipping today. Lesson...
Read moreCustomer service was horrible. It was my 1st time and when it was my time to order: I told the lady it was my 1st time and I was looking at everything trying to decide what to get..... I guess she didn't like that? She smiled and asked to help the next customer. I was standing there looking crazy and confused as to what just happened. I waited a minute thinking surely she didn't just overlook me. The other customers were looking at me like why did she do that? After that encounter, I knew this was NOT a place to get dinner. I wasn't to sure about it and her rudeness confirmed that I needed to go next door to Jersey Mike's, where I knew my food would be delicious! I was trying to try something different and spread my wings BUT this place isn't it! Retrain your workers to embrace people of all Colors and Race! I heard about the South but this was a shocker! QDOBA you will never have to worry about my coins being spent at your location. I will continue to tell everyone about your horrible service. I didn't get the lady's name but she is white, glasses I think and loud mouth greeting her "Wanted" customers! Very disappointed in 2024 to be greeted in...
Read moreI’ve been to many Qdoba’s in the past and never had to complain but this one is very terrible. I placed an online order for pick up at 12:40. When I arrived at 12:41 I was told my order was not ready by the manager. I literally watched her go make what i thought was my order. So I patiently waited as they got a rush. It was 10 minutes later and my order still wasn’t done. So I decided to stand in line and find out if it was ready. I got all the way to the front of the line only to be told my order was never received and that I had to go to back of the line and wait again. I can understand they were busy being that it was lunch but arriving at 12:40 to getting my food at 1:28 is not acceptable. I also want to point out that no one who placed a pick up order was served. If my order was never received and that was stated when I arrived, I could have got in the line like everyone else . A simple “sorry about that” is honestly not enough for what was experience. I spent my whole lunch break waiting for an order that was paid for and...
